Where did you put the .esp in your load order? It should be all the way at the bottom.

A proper load order is like this:

Fallout3.esm

Anchorage.esm

ThePitt.esm

BrokenSteel.esm

PointLookout.esm

Zeta.esm

Other .esm files

All .esp files

Post us your load order if you can. It would really help. It sounds like either a conflicting mod, or as BlackRampage said, a missplaced esm or a missing master.

Sorry for the double post, but if the game is crashing when you check the .esp of whatever mod then chances are that you are missing a master that that mod requires. Again, try posting your entire load order.

Most of the Newer mods i cannot get to work, however the older mods I can get working. I loaded each one at a time till one of them crashed (the older mods) but cant make the newer mods to stop crashing.

Only older mods? Did you patch your game to the latest (1,7) patch?

Also, I'd recommend to put the Fellout plugins last in your load order. (below the RTS plugins)

Yea i used all the new patches I could find, that was with the newer mods, It didn't do any good. Normally i do update when it's avail but sometime i don't since some of the mods may not work with earlier versions. The list i gave up top, I've since removed most of them and redone the mod loads. I can now get the game working with some of the older mods i love. Next it is update the game with the official FO3 patch i guess then re-load the new mods with those needed patches. Does this sound right to you Have I missed anything?

OK i did what you said and also what i said I'd follow up on. I've read all the posts about the how-to's for loading mods, did the patches. I'm still getting it to crash. I'm working at these mod loads for hours reading everything to follow, It's just not helping me out at all. Put more time into doing all this than actually playing the game, and it's very disappointing to say the least. Why couldn't the Fallout Dev's just put A LOT of this in the game instead.

I'm tired of messing with over 2 dozen mods and getting nowhere.
