Malcom86
Please help me, this is my first mod. When I create a new mod (in my case I created a companion plugin) I can't find it in my data folder, also if I saved it there.I tried to search it on windows, and...I found it !!! Like it's in my data folder, but I can't see it !!!! But I can activate it, and it seems to work. Have someone an idea what is happening ?
HeyYou
Running Vista, or Win7? If so, try running the editor as admin. (right click, Run as Admin)
Malcom86
Thanks, but I did it in an incredible way...like to post it because it can be very usefull...If you don't find a plugin you created, or UAC on Win 7 is causing trouble, just take a look at (this is my example, if you have Oblivion installed in program files x86): C:\Users\*YourUsername*\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data You will find many interesting thing your computer are hiding you.... :P
Keirgarth
Interesting, but I am guessing this is from a downloaded install rather than from disk as in my Win7 environment there is nothing about Bethesda or Oblivion in my virtual store. Of course, my install isn't in the default path either, so that might be why.
