How do I upload my pictures to a mod?

I clicked [Add your own images] selected the Jpeg, gave it a name & clicked [submit]. Got this message:

The images you selected have successfully been uploaded to the server.

But the images do not appear under the from users tab at all.

 

The [Manage Images] for the mod leads to this error:

Site error

The site has run in to a problem, please look at the error message below...

 

You do not have the required permissions to perform this action.

Do you have to be a premium/supporter for this, as uploading a user image to a mod isn't listed as a feature of those?

Are you uploading pictures to a mod that isn't your own? If so, it might be possible the author has set it so he has to verify the image before it will show. In which case, a better notification of that to the user should be on the page. I'll add it to the to-do list.
