I would like to know how you are defining Anti-American because co-opting a word to give it a new meaning is an old propagandist trick of rhetoric.

 

Its meaning is "opposed or hostile to the people or the government policies of the United States".

My best logical deduction is that he means anti-american in the sense that the principles the USA was founded upon that persists its ability to perpetuate its own existance. The attack, attempt to destroy, or de-legitimize those principles is what he is reffering to as anti-american.

I took the test but failed to state my actual political center which is moderate conservative. I am a foreign policy conservative but take a fairly liberal view of the protection of civil liberties, with the caveat that I am not in favor of Big Brother government, so a fiscal conservative.The constitution did a fairly good job in outlining what our protected liberties are and in that respect I am a strong constitutional advocate.

Obvious communist terminology? No, but I find that amusingly predictable. Communism is an ism - a monetary system. A commune is an interdependent community who shares their resources, work load, food and essentials.

 

Other words that originate from the same root etymology are Communicate (implying a shared language or understanding), community (a shared residential area or professional association). Also communion, a spiritual merging, prayer, or eucharist; it means to have or to hold things in common.

 

Words are not dirty. People twist them into dirty things, most often using propaganda.

That chart is inaccurate. It has Islamists on there without any other religious political ideology. Obama has the exact same government control as Bush did. Putting democrats for government control and republicans not for government control shows a clear bias. Putting "Bums" and "Hobos" on there makes no sense at all. Putting social conservatives so low also does not make sense. Putting Unions on a similar level to social conservatives makes no sense. Saying that "Hippies" are a similar level to the Tea Party makes no sense.

 

Sorry but almost everything on this chart seems incorrect to me. The below would be better for scaling then the chart you posted IMO. No offense or anything.

If they used their system to come up with the above then their system is flawed. Anyone familiar with the BNPs policies would put them well to the left of the line, UKIP should be much closer to the libertarian line, the Conservatives are too far to the right and anyone who suggests the Greens are libertarian needs their head examining.
