Played metro and damn that was incredible. Although gonna take a bit of getting used to holding to aim. But still. Amazing. Gonna play Caspian Border tomorrow if I find the code for it.

LOL was bossing those snipers with either an M110 with 4x or SVD with 4x. The reason being their to busy looking for glint and some fella with a 4x site. (Remember what I said in another thread all 6x sights and up have glint) pop pop dead sniper. As for Caspain Border good luck getting in TB stated after he got the pw it took over an hour to get in by button mashing join, cause once those servers get people in them their not willing to leave at all.

i hate 12x. i usually use 4x. unless i plan on long range stuff. but im usually not far off so i stick to 4x or sometimes even no scope, iron sights.

it glitched for me once and gave me a different tier of weapons, i had the M14 or whatever, and that was rly good.

I gotta say, ive been using the m40a5 for a few days now and i have been using the supressive fire perk. It causes their vision to get so blurry that it stops them in their tracks. If i ever miss or dont get a head shot, they are so disoriented that a follow up shot has been a cakewalk with that perk.I even come face to face with an assault enemy and if i get a missed shot off at 5 feet, it blurs their vision so bad that im able to pull my pistol and kill them before they recover. the strait pull bolt does not seem to be fuctioning on the ps3 version of the beta and i have been using the bipods with extreme success. Ive been using only the recon class since i started and all of my xp has gone to that class. Im currently at level 28 and about 15 games away from unlocking the barrett.

I do rather enjoy the fact that you cannot stay scoped while going from prone to sitting or standing. You actually see your arms push yourself off of the ground. I hated it on black ops and mw2 where you'd get into a sniper battle where people would go from prone to standing while scoped to get a quick kill by popping up over an object.

Sniping has not been anywhere near underpowered or difficult in this game compared to bfbc2 for me. the ads time and motion is greatly improved, as well as the strafing speed while aiming down the sights has been reduced to improve precision. Ive been staying on the frontline or in enemy territory and averaging 20-10 per game.

I am very upset that i cannot cook a grenade though.

I have yet to read anywhere how to get the spotting scope arrow over the enemys head on my class. Does anyone know how to do it?

i know, ive gone to cook my granade a couple times and remembered i cant.....and on Ps3 spotting is the same as it was in bfbc2, press select....though it seems to be a lot less responsive then in bfbc2. even when i have clear sights on someone it hasnt always spotted them, which sucks cause im a proud spotter

Thx. +1

ON the ps3 version you only needed to look at them on bfbc2 and have the spotting scope equipped. Pushing select is new to me but i like that dynamic

lol i never used the spotting scope, its a waste of a perk slot imo. why use a perk slot on something you can already do?
