cossayos
I realize, this has been asked before, but the suggested solutions don't work. First, I like the vanilla body shape most. So when I install CBBE, I tend to use that option. But when I add the optional vanilla clothing files, they clip like crazy. Every chest and leg piece makes the body come through. The strappings are totally invisible. The included vanilla options work fine with the curvy and I guess the slim shape too. Never tried slim, since it's absolutely not my favorite. When I don't install any vanilla outfit option, there's no clipping but the dreaded black patch on the shoulder appears with certain outfits. Such as the Red or Sequin dress. I allso tried this mod. http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/7735/? But no dice. No clipping, but the black patch. So, I would be grateful for a solution. YeOldeSensenmann
From the CBBE page: Add the following lines to your "Fallout4Custom.ini" file located in "Documents\My Games\Fallout4": [Archive] bInvalidateOlderFiles=1 sResourceDataDirsFinal= You did that, right? cossayos
Yes, I already added these lines before even installing CBBE, since a lot of files require them. I just checked if some update may have deleted them, but they're present. To clarify, I already installed CBBE when it first came out, installed the vanilla outfits files back then and everything worked fine. After patch 5, and quite a long time I didn't play FO4, I checked for updates and installed the latest versions. Before that I physically deleted the old files. So, my mod files are also up to date. YeOldeSensenmann
Give Body Slide a try. I've installed CBBE Curvy ages ago and run this whenever I install a new armor/clothing. Batch apply to all armors/clothing, done. http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/25/? Finally, if all else fails, reinstall CBBE. Not deactivate/activate again, reinstall it. You need to run through the FOMOD installer again and select what you want. If Vanilla gives you issues, try curvy or slim and simply use Body Slide to alter the CBBE Bodymesh to your liking. :)
cossayos
I already reinstalled numerous times in hopes of resolving the issue. Complete reinstall, not just deactivation. I haven't tried body slide so far, although I have it installed.
Verter
Try this for all CBBE Curvy dresses - https://www.dropbox.com/s/ipey7fjc5zs1696/Fix%20Dresses%20for%20ExtraSitting%20%28more%20wide%20dress%29.zip?dl=0 Edited August 21, 2021 by Verter
aurreth
I haven't tried body slide so far, although I have it installed. Wait, so you installed CBBE with the vanilla clothes option, but you didn't run Bodyslide? That's your problem. Run Bodyslide. Click on Group Filter and check CBBE Vanilla Outfits. For Outifit/Body pick any outift. For Preset use CBBE Vanilla. Bottom left, make sure Build Morphs is checked, then click Batch Build. When the new windows pops up click Build.
