Santuary Hills not showing up as a workshop settlement

Alright, so I hope this is the right location for this question, but I'll be honest it very well may not be, because the issue I am having involves the possibility that a previous mod I had running is causing the issue. Anyway.. if you can forgive me for this particular detail my main question is this. Is there any way to add Sanctuary Hills thru console commands to be a workshop settlement? Essentially, in my current FO4 play-thru, for whatever reason Sanctuary Hills is not showing up as a location I can send my companions to, not even grayed out, it just doesn't show up in my list. I tried turning off all mods, even DLC and that did not fix it. Now it will show up if I start a new game, though i don't know how long it will stay if it even will. But regardless what I am hoping is I can somehow fix the issue in my current play-thru as I really.. REALLY don't want to start over from the beginning.. if I don't have to. So has anyone experienced a similar issue, or does anyone have any advice? Any and all suggestions are more than welcome.

Ok, this is probably a stupid question but did you skip Sanctuary on that playthrough? You have to activate the workshop bench at least once so the game marks it as owned by you.

Yes I activated the workbench in sanctuary, but something else I noticed. If I start a new game without mods and activate the workbench then sanctuary will show up as a settlement, but if not then for some reason it doesn't show up as a workbench settlement. So.... ya. Idk what mod is causing it but maybe someone else might have an idea?

Also, here is a list of the mods I am running atm. If anyone knows if any of these might cause issues please let me know, as I don't want anymore issues with my playthru, thanks much! :)

Did you ever find a solution to this problem? I think I have the same problem. My supply line doesn't work. Sanctuary doesn't even show on my Pip-Boy in the Data/Workshops tab. Did you move your workbench? I ask cause I did and and only that one. I looked for a console command to reset its position, but all i could find was to reset the whole settlement back to it's original state, and I've put a lot of time and mats into Sanctuary.

Sorry to post on a dead topic, but I'm also having this issue. Only, with Starlight drive-in. Anyone ever find a fix?

EDIT: All I ended up doing was placing a radio beacon. Settlers still came, and one of them gave me one of those generic quests to acquire the settlement. A little annoying to do for a settlement that usually doesn't require it, but it fixed the issue.

This thread is dead and buried, but I just had this problem and I actually found the solution, so I'm resurrecting every DEAD thread that mentions it so that future players won't suffer as we have.

The solution on PC, via console command is to type:

setpv OwnedByPlayer True
setav 33c 1

Is this just while in the settlement? Or after clicking on the workbench?

When there's settlements that have issues in the area of not being able to send settlers to them, then there's usually a settlement mod (as in, a mod adding a settlement location) involved that has tinkered in a bad way with the map marker. If you have a problem with supply lines not being possible or settlers not able to re-locate because the settlement in question doesn't appear as an option to be sent to, then always look in the PipBoy's settlement list to check if there's a "Commonwealth" entry there.

If there is, then you have added a settlement with problems and should get rid of it in the hopes that this restores things. Sometimes it does, mostly it doesn't because a lot of things get baked into the saves and deleting a mod halfway through a game always means trouble at some point.

Anyway, there's two things in the load order that look suspicious.

One is that the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch must be sitting right underneath the last DLC. If not, things go wrong and the game mostly even crashes during the first minute of playing.

Second is the Alien Encampments mod, as that seems about the only mod which has added locations with probably new map markers...
