hector530
you can hook up your PC to a HDTV and a 360/PS3 controller so how is that only a plus side for consoles?
justwannaddl
It's funny. For some reason, I thought I would see at least one "Not going to play vote." :P Anyway, unless they do a fantastic job fixing bugs, designing the UI, adding in high res textures and creating a lot of interesting variations on combat, I'll want to mod the hell out of the game. PC all the way and thankfully I'm in good company.
BavmordasMuffin
I think you should show the company some sort of support, not being able to afford it and being able to access this website via internet doesn'teven feel legit, unless you are 8 years old Actually, I'm 19 and I have a job in the army. I can't afford the game because my mother got fired (the company fell apart) and my dad lost his leg in the war so he can't work. That means I have to work so that we can pay our bills. I share an internet connection with my neighbour, I fixed his car and he allowed me to connect to his router. My friend pre-ordered the game and he will give it to me because the game costs 50 euros and his mechanic told him he will have to pay him 150 euros so he can fix his bike, and I told him I'll fix it if he gives me the game. I don't have the money, but I'm a great mechanic so I trade my knowledge for the things I like. Good for you Werne. Debates on the ethics of piracy and its impact on huge companies like Bethesda seem petty in comparison.
tylitalo
pc = mods. console != mods. o_O Is there really a choice here? Kidding aside, without mods I'd have played through morrowind and oblivion perhaps twice each due to the.. otherwise forgettable experience. Yeah, vanilla is fun. Once or twice. But, vanilla *pales* in comparison to either game in full modded glory. Any little annoyance you have with the game can be changed to *your* preference, for the most part. Added content, added enjoyment, make the game more difficult/easy, what have you. With vanilla only, I'd have spent perhaps 50-100 hours on either game. With mods? I lost count long before I finished playing either, but I'll have a stab at "thousands" of hours played in each game over the years. I would have to guess some of the mods available have more collective man-hours in perfecting them, by all of the people who worked on them, than I do playing the game. QueenOfThieves
XBox 360...unfortunately. There's no way my craptop could handle Skyrim. It couldn't even run the Sims 3. Bah. I should be thankful I get to play it at all.

ventrilol
Actually Im sold 360 only for the fact that you can just sit on your sofa and completely relax while playing. I do not have enough free time to mod it and acting like a tech, and with this unstable computer... Edited October 23, 2011 by ventrilol
Adrius2
Ah, with a bit of effort you can do that with a PC too. Many of my friends have their TVs hooked up to their computers.
