Nintii
I'd light a blunt, kick back and relax and set the controls for the heart of the sun. 8) Let's look at your statement here for a moment and work on some calculations - just for the fun of it of course. One ...The average distance from the Earth to the Sun is 150 million miles. Two ...If that *blunt* is the same size as a cigarette then 20 of them would weigh in at 1.1 ounce. (the weight of a pack of smokes). Ok so let's gets busy calculating here ... 1) ... If you were going by the SR71 Blackbird the fastest aircraft on earth (no one knows it's true speed) but let's assume it flew at 2000 MPH it would take about 8.56 years before you got there. As for your *blunt* ... based on the calculation above it be the equivalent of 62500 smokes or 312 cartons My Suggestion ... fill the craft with as much as you can then set it on fire and press the ignition that way it wont matter whether you made it or not cos you wouldn't know. 2) Or perhaps you could try the Shuttle which travels at 17500 MPH, this would only take you about 357 days. In this case your *blunt* still working on the cigarette calculation ... would only be 7140 smokes or 35.7 cartons, not quite as radical in this scenario. Now all of this is excluding the suns gravitational pull, and assuming you're flying without stopping, also no drag from space and a bunch of other stuff, either method of flight is going to take a long time ... Btw, I'm anti-drugs and DO NOT and WILL NOT endorse it or even "OK" the smoking of cigarettes ... this was meant to be light hearted. ita
Cool story bro, but the original post assums that I have an indestructible spaceship with a warp engine So all your speed and distance calculations are invalid.
Delikatessen
Yes, I did assume that. In Star Trek, Warp 2 is C x 10, where C is the speed of light in a vacuum. It wouldn't take long to travel to the sun. Or you could try Warp 9.9, where the speed is C x 3053, which means it would take a mere 2.9 (rounded) hours to travel a light year. Thor.
Meh Worm hole drive is the way to go, creates a warp in space and automatically your there (:
antonkr
look for a pretty non populated planet to call home. Id to be honest rather stay home. Space sounds depressing and lonely.

hawke1133
Meh Worm hole drive is the way to go, creates a warp in space and automatically your there (:The only real problem with that is the idea that wormholes can be affected by gravitational influences. Opening one up too close to a large gravitational well (such as a sun or a black hole) could be a bit interesting. On a side note, "too close" would probably be maybe 2 AU. or so. AU being Astronomical Units (distance from the earth to the sun) which each AU is ~ 149,598,000 kilometers or ~ 92,955,877.6 miles

Delikatessen
Meh Worm hole drive is the way to go, creates a warp in space and automatically your there (: A wormhole's risky and it still takes time to travel through the wormhole because, you know, it's only a tunnel. Warp 10 is C x Infinity. C is the speed of light in a vacuum, so C x Infinity means you would have infinite velocity. If I had a Warp drive capable of Warp 10, I would visit all those places outside our galaxy like the Sloan Great Wall, the Cold Spot and discover massive nebulae in distant galaxies. I would BOLDY go where no man has gone before. And yes, I did feel that was necessary for emphasis.
