BuckeyeTiba
I've forced myself to become less excited for it because, frankly, after being excited for Battlefield 3 for so long and finally playing it, I was a bit disappointed. It just wasn't traditional Battlefield gameplay (was not very objective based). I'm almost sure Skyrim shouldn't disappoint but I have lowered my expectations. Nathandor
Yeah I've fallen victim to the Hype lol. I'm so looking forward to it with such high expectations lol.
Ghogiel
I feel anxius. I think of Skyrim almost as much I think of sex. Once every 15 mins a least! Time goes by slower and slower as we approach 11/11/11I'm thinking of both at the same time, I have tab open to game sites and porn. .. tall blonde Scandinavian ladies. Broad sword out. Roleplay. :woot:
Horgr
...don’t know how to describe it. Its release, in my eye's, has become a once-in-a-lifetime holiday (err...until the next TES release). I already know that without copious amounts of liquor coupled with vigorous partying in order to exhaust myself, I will not be sleeping on the eve of its release. It's easily at the top of the years events for me. It transcends any kind of excitement or anxiety, the only possible comparison for me is the time my parents told me that we would be taking a trip to Disney Land when I was a child. Orionraven
Honestly? Anxiously awaiting, and handling it poorly. I can't play other games. Oblivion makes me sick. Dragon Age, both one and two bore me. MMO's make me fall asleep. I try to play other games to fill the time, but they can't keep my attention past an hour and i'm back to where i started. Â I suppose it's nice that all the screens and videos have utterly broken my desire to play any other games, but damn. Lowk
I decided to finally play Bioshock, which Todd Howard has cited as an inspiration for much of Skyrim's mechanics and atmosphere...it's killing the time nicely! I think I've bought more games in the past two months than I have all year, just to fill the gap. Damn those Steam sales!
Halororor
Maybe I've been a little too laid back about the whole thing, I had forgotten to actually order the game. :facepalm:Â You, sir, deserve a kick in the head...although I also only did mine last week. :P

Halororor
I've got the issue that my graphics card is obscuring my Sata ports, though. That means I don't technically have a DVD rom unless I remove my graphics card first. Removing the graphics card is an issue because my PCI slot is finicky, and when re-inserting the graphics card, it often takes numerous tries to get it working. Going to be a tough day on the 11th. :P
