direelite1134
screw werewolves, i want werebears. the in-game book "On Lycanthropy" http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:On_Lycanthropy says skyrim has them. i want to see them and kill them!!! As I mentioned before, the werebear is the most common lycanthrope in Skyrim, and is also found in the northern parts of High Rock, the Imperial Province, and Morrowind. The werewolf can be found in every province. The seventh lycanthrope, which I have never seen but my trusted peers have assured me exists, is a wereshark that roams the oceans around Tamriel. And werecrocs, werelions, werevulchers, weresharks and wereboars! But alas none of them are in Skyrim Province :(

El`derina
it actually is old news... there were bits and pieces of evidence way back that suggested it, but none of it could be confirmed.the faked interview making it appear they werent in game just kinda set us all back on our heels.'confirmed' werewolfs is new I guess. But it's hard to say they weren't unofficially confirmed before, just because we all were so easily fooled.Bethesda did after all hint at it. But dangit, they are so tight lipped! I wonder if the faked interview was to provoke bethesda to give a concrete answer (didnt work obviously) EDIT: Btw, to the OP.... do a dang search before starting a new topic! there's already a ton of these topics, and older ones have recent posts about the same stuff! I was sure werewolves were in, they allways kept saying "we can´t talk about it", if they weren´t they would just say no.

xaliqen
I just want a werebeer. Also, werewolves are kind of a spoiler. So, putting "Werewolves" at the beginning of your title just before you say *potential spoiler* is a bit funny. Ah well, I guess most people know about it now.
