Underclocking has seemed to fix my situation for now at least. Went from BSODing in about 1-3 minutes of game play to playing a 3+ hour span with no CTD or BSOD.

I have done quite a bit to attempt to play skyrim:

 

*I have run memtest86 for 30+ hours, no errors... Pretty sure my memory is fine.

*I have run prime95 for a week, no problems... Pretty sure cpu is fine.

*I have run furmark for about 6 hours straight (extreme burn in and burn in) averaged 15 fps and no problems, card was 75C whole time, which from what I understand is decent for furmark testing... Pretty sure graphics card is fine.

*I have claro plus+ sound card, no issues and my on board realtek crap is disabled.

*I recently bought a new psu (750W, about 200W higher than I need). The psu is very high quality seasonic x 750W. No issues besides skyrim.

*I have formatted my hard drive and re-installed windows 7 64 bit twice, no change (one of the installs I redownloaded the iso from river digital or whatever they're called).

*After formatting and I did an extensive harddrive read/write test, hard drive is fine.

*I have rolled back my drivers to every single version back to like 11.8, nothing works.

*Also... my temperatures are fine when the game decides to reboot my computer(cpu around 45C, gpu around 55C).

*I have tried all the fixes on this thread (and combinations of them) some of them seem to help me stay on the game longer for certain attempts(especially enb)... but it could just be coincidence.

 

I have come to the conclusion that the issue (at least my issue) is either the motherboard (which I doubt because theres no signs of motherboard failure and I only have issues with this game) or its some sort of software issue(either with drivers or with skyrim's coding).

 

One thing is for certain, I'm never buying a bethseda game for PC ever again. Shame because I've always loved their modding capabilities.

I have done quite a bit to attempt to play skyrim:

 

*I have run memtest86 for 30+ hours, no errors... Pretty sure my memory is fine.

*I have run prime95 for a week, no problems... Pretty sure cpu is fine.

*I have run furmark for about 6 hours straight (extreme burn in and burn in) averaged 15 fps and no problems, card was 75C whole time, which from what I understand is decent for furmark testing... Pretty sure graphics card is fine.

*I have claro plus+ sound card, no issues and my on board realtek crap is disabled.

*I recently bought a new psu (750W, about 200W higher than I need). The psu is very high quality seasonic x 750W. No issues besides skyrim.

*I have formatted my hard drive and re-installed windows 7 64 bit twice, no change (one of the installs I redownloaded the iso from river digital or whatever they're called).

*After formatting and I did an extensive harddrive read/write test, hard drive is fine.

*I have rolled back my drivers to every single version back to like 11.8, nothing works.

*Also... my temperatures are fine when the game decides to reboot my computer(cpu around 45C, gpu around 55C).

*I have tried all the fixes on this thread (and combinations of them) some of them seem to help me stay on the game longer for certain attempts(especially enb)... but it could just be coincidence.

 

I have come to the conclusion that the issue (at least my issue) is either the motherboard (which I doubt because theres no signs of motherboard failure and I only have issues with this game) or its some sort of software issue(either with drivers or with skyrim's coding).

 

One thing is for certain, I'm never buying a bethseda game for PC ever again. Shame because I've always loved their modding capabilities.

Have you tried underclocking? (And I know I'm annoying, but it helped me)
