xlr8films
Couldn't have put it better myself. Wish we had that. Kudos.
Scorch621
How a lot of the guards are apparently members of the dark brotherhood...and how enemies seem to aim for guards and adventurer's knees...and how marriage seems more like a business deal, rather than a relationship... I still love the game though!
abaris
how marriage seems more like a business deal, rather than a relationship... I still love the game though! The business deal part is halfway OK considering the general setting of the game. The real problem is, it isn't fleshed out.
Grandchamp1989
Awkward lines? Definitely this one: After becoming headmaster of The Companions the guards still say: ''So, you're with the companions.... You what... Fetch the mead?'' NO, Dammit. I'm the <Insert curseword> Leader! Yet still I have to take trivial jobs from LOWER RANKING companions and kill stupid Bears while they sit on their ass, drinking mead. :/ Note: Yes I know there's no rankings in The Companions but indirectly there is and you take the main role in The Companions after you help ''what his face Gray Mane'' with not being a werewolf anymore. Nyran
Getting lectured by a guard about my shouting making the people nervous while I climb of a dead dragons head...MY shout is fearsome but the dragons is just a cute lizard that ate too much? Guards saying the "Let me guess...someone stole your sweets!" line while standing in front of my overlord-charakter or my warrior clad in full daedric armor! Who would dare to steal them? Guards continually giving me a 1 septim bounty! What have I done, that would allow them to put a million 1-septim-bountys on my head? And having the guild take care of it costs 674 septim? Oh and the master of silly things: I can easily slay a dragon but a vampire doesn't go down thanks to that damn life-steal-spell???
luxwing0go
Seriously, is asking to be made a Jarl for killing a resurrected Dragon God too much to ask? Seriously - I saved everyone's ass for what!? Was there a parade? No. Was there a feast? No. Was there any sort of gratitude? Nooooooope. What was there?Me saying this:"Oh boy, I killed Alduin! Better loot his scales! :teehee: " :armscrossed: I am disappoint. At least in Oblivion people would notice you afterward and say something about being a hero. Skyrim, I derp at you. Honestly, two more guards asking about damn sweetrolls and I'm slaughtering Whiterun. ...okay, it's not that bad, but still. Oh, and one more thing: WE CAN'T MARRY KHAJIITS? OR WOOD ELVES? AND ONLY THREE ARGONIANS TO CHOOSE FROM!? Do furries scare Bethesda that badly...? (That still doesn't explain no Wood Elves) Edited December 19, 2011 by luxwing0go
gigantibyte
I was going to post a new a thread, but found this one. Don't know if it's fake (I'll be trying it after work), but apparently you can place a basket over the head of an NPC who is in a room you want to steal from and they won't notice your theft or attempt to remove the basket. Very silly if true. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=25LB4dBruEo Edited December 20, 2011 by gigantibyte
