Redmarkviolinist
Whenever I'm home, I'll occasionally see Faendal sneaking out of my house (I'm married to Camilla). Is she cheating on me? Can I kill this Faendal character?
Xescream
http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Faendal Here is what has been published on him so far, His scripted visits are likely part of this miniquest: http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Deliver_Sven%27s_Letter_to_Camilla I am unaware if he is essential or not but I do not think so, although killing him will remove that quest most likely. Obviously be discreet if you do kill him, who knows what Camilla wold say/do. Although according to lore they are not having an affair as camilla has remained neutral towards sven and faendals advances.
Tropxe
NPCs just wander into your house anyway, it's something Todd Howard said they'd fixed for this game. This is why Todd Howard is infamous for BS.

Pushkatu
Whenever I'm home, I'll occasionally see Faendal sneaking out of my house (I'm married to Camilla). Is she cheating on me? Can I kill this Faendal character? Ever heard of the Dark Brotherhood? Seriously now, I only got drunk once in this game and I woke up in a unknown town, only to find out I've done something bad to a goat. I then said to myself: "lad, you need to find a nice girl and settle down". Well, how am I supposed to do that now?
Kellevaran
I'm guessing it's supposed to be customers for your wife's store. Store? I guess that's one word for it. Haha! That's a horrible way to look at it. So everytime I come home and ask if she's made money I'm effectively a pimp :O
Handofbane
Getting rid of Faendal should be pretty straightforward, without needing to sneak in the middle of the night to kill him, hoping to avoid the authorities and an unpleasant visit from the local guards. You see, Faendal has an unfortunate condition he just cannot help: he is recruitable as a follower, and followers have a terrible case of dead quite often when joining the player out exploring dungeons while certain AoE spells are flying or two-handed power attacks are swinging. Such a shame he stepped in front of that battleaxe, who knew he was so suicidal?
