Just unlocked Abernathy Farm and built a Covenant style concrete wall all the way round. Got the call to "defend the farm" and heard a cry of "get some" so spent 10 minutes looking for the Gunners.

Eventually I found a little clutch of 3 outside the wall - they couldn't get in !

Haha! Almost the same happened to me today.

Got the message that Tenpines was under attack....got there, jumped on top of the hut for a clear view....5 mins past and absolutely nothing. Got down for a quick perimeter check and discovered around 15 ghouls stuck behind the destroyed building scratching their arses....albeit menacingly.

I've not even built anything there, no walls or anything so i was like, seriously? One little building got you stumped? Having said that, i couldn't see them either so who's more stupid :/

I love finding those teddy bears posed humorously. The first one I came across was sitting on the toilet reading a newspaper!

my funny momment is when i 1st find dog meat and close up shop and cloak me self (so to speek) i find it funny watching all of the rats running around not able to find me. lol xD i do this many times (reload save) but in the end they dig underground again and disapear. i hope i did not glitch the game.. xD (there freacking tough man with just pipe weapons and no ammo.... (enough ammo to fin them all out..)

For the biggest chuckle I got was in Far Harbor the first time I encountered a hermit crab. I was approaching it from the rear... Cracked me up when I got to it and realized it wasn't a van... :huh:

I think the 1 event that still has me LOL'ing, and I won't spoil it - is the ending of the Flight of the USS Constitution. That was a great "ending" to that encounter.

 

Yes, some of the Teddy Bears were fun to come across ....

 

And I still * BLINKS *, when Gunners yell, "Get some!" and I'll leave it at that.

I really enjoyed that as well but I walked to it from the front and tried to access the suitcase (bait) inside the van. It pushed me back and claws started coming out. It took me a few seconds to realize what was happening.

 

There's a lot of subliminally placed items throughout the Commonwealth. If teddy bears are all you have found so far, you definitely need to keep looking. I have some amusing screenshots of some well placed flamingos and even a family of the alien toys out for a stroll. Some of them are cleverly hidden in which only the truly curious will find or notice.

 

The one thing that makes me chuckle every time I see it is when I'm at my Nordhagen Beach Resort. I dropped off a robot companion at some point and assigned it to a caravan. The bot has tank treads on it which makes it really fast, much faster than a human. Seeing the poor brahmin trying to keep up with that robot is priceless. Most of the time I don't even see it because it's too far behind and the robot is already gone from the settlement before the brahmin can get there. But every once in a while I'll see it run in and turn right around and run back out while one of the heads seems to give me a look of disgust.
