minngarm
Yea I was right up there with the hype about it until i hit lvl 20 in as many hours. The game shoved everything at you fast enough to make it enjoyable, but it kills the depth and replay ability.
Pushkatu
Not yet, I still have more than 65% of the map to explore, almost all major quests to finish, I only finished the companions quests. The game is a joy and I love how unique each dungeon feels. There are some big ones out there, 1 hour+ to explore, phew... :whistling:
metall87
for me, one thing I never tired of listening in Oblivion was, "Hey, you're the hero of Kvatch, aren't you? Oh, this is an honor!" even when Martin Septim going to war in defense of Bruma, the people greeted him more than me ... f ** king Martin .. Â I never had the privilege to play Morrowind, but always heard good reviews about it, so that makes me wonder if I should do it now. Â @HaloHunter72Â yeah, it's just that, the NPCs don't show any feeling. Even if you kill someone in the street, not heard a scream of "Someone has been murdered!! come here you f**ckin bastard!"
jaydo1
i agree and is it just me or is the game too easy i started on master looking for a tough play through and at first it was then i hit level 20 and the enemy's where easy to kill a few arrows or a couple of strikes off the ebony blade and they're dead and blood dragons are a joke mark off death and i can run in and chop the thing to death i was hoping to be cowering in fear and waiting to get a good arrow shot in but i killed a dragon in 7 hits of the ebony blade after stage 2 mark of death for about 20 seconds. A bear is harder to kill than the dragons. i will be playing fallout new vegas until some decent mods for this come out and improve the difficulty. Matth85
It was great fun at start! But now I only grind my gear over the changes I want done. To make it worse, we have not gotten an estimate to when the CK is out, so it is a shot in the dark right there. I tried playing a warrior, using the crafting skills since it seemed like fun! Then noticed I got quite OP. THEN noticed somebody made a guide how to get OP with it. Nice. Then I made an assassin, and noticed I started to kill everything too fast when I got 100 sneak. Then I made a Mage, and noticed my Dremora Lords killed everything, yet my destruction did no damage, and cost too much mana, as I hit level 40. I even made destruction cost 0 mana, and it still takes a day and a half to take down a dragon. I can not join the Thalmor.I can not join that weirdo magic order that contacts you in the mage quests.I can not RP what I usually do, without adding a new order and some custom armors and weapon.I miss the involvement with the dadrea. I know we had enough of them in Oblivion, but damn they are cool! 'dem dremoras runnin' wild! I need the CK. I have spent 60 houres on this game, which is 6 times more than an average game, but now I need to be able to fix the game.  So, eh, yes - The game might be super good. But a few things need to change.
snickerdoodle
I found Skyrim dissatisfying for many reasons. Bugs on the PC version (for example it not actually using your processors and GPU ram) hinder my enjoyment. The game also feels less like an TES game and more like just another Xbox/PS3 game. Character immersion is important to me so I will have to wait for the modding to begin in earnest before I can enjoy Skyrim fully.
Matth85
Yes, yes, snickerdoodle. You dislike Skyrim. It's not the first topic you say so >.> If you do not like it, go away and play whatever else game you like. P.S. Sorry for the rude comment. I just get winded up when people complain about a game. Why the heck do you keep playing it? And why are you on the game forum? ....
Oomo
As much as I hate to admit this, I have started to become rather bored... I feel so ashamed of it, because I know this is such a great game, with a good story and a beautiful world. I can't help but feel like everything is always the same. Like the only purpose of the game is speak with this guy, go to this cave and get this item, return back, repeat the process. I don't know, maybe it's because since it came out I've been playing everyday for hours and hours straight, but who hasn't, right? I've tried to change things up a little, like different weapons, getting married, different spells, no fast travel, etc.  Anyway, has Skyrim also been making you bored and uninterested?  This is why I wait for a heap of mods before I play the game. Vanilla Bethsoft games are horribly boring and unbalanced for my gameplay style. Without the modding community I wouldn't even touch Bethsoft RPGs anymore. TheMuffinMan420
I'm not bored, because the thieves guild and companions' guild are both inaccessible to me atm because of bugs and glitches.. I'm hoping the Wednesday patch with unstick the NPCs causing the problem (Karliah mainly).
JimboUK
I don't think it'll be long before I stop and wait for mods, the game is fun but lacks any kind of depth.
