batlham Posted January 12, 2008 Share Posted January 12, 2008 When someone changes the file name of a file it is making the file a dead link.I get this message...Unfortunately it seems as though this file is a dead link/is not available. Please report it.Well its been happening for a few days now..after the changes to the file stuff was made.Hopefully, the powers that be know this already...but if they did know it they should alert the rest of the members to the problem or block name changes. Dark0ne Posted January 12, 2008 Share Posted January 12, 2008 For the files that are broken there are two options. The first is to remove the file and reupload it. The second is to rename the file back to the original filename (this might give an error but it should still do it). This will synch up the real filename information in the database and on the harddrive. Then simply rename the filename again to whatever you want.
