Yeah, the way the complaint is stated sounds terrible. Way I, and a few others see it is this. A few people *really* like certain types of mods. So every time risque outfit appears they download it. Compare that to say quest/weapon mods.

 

You tend to find far more picky people. They ask things like are the reloading animations right? Leveled lists? Questions about how the mod is scripted and what vanilla records were edited. Anyhow, I like some of those mods. Not as general replacers, but to add greater variation to the game.
