iXenite
What are your specs? Knowing what CPU, GPU and quantity of system RAM you have would be helpful.

khazerruss
Your PC specs doesn't matter at all. You shoud start from Creation Kit tutorials, but that's a far way to modding from there to go.I don't think anybody will teach you how to mod... You have to learn it yourself. And you should also get xEdit cause fallout CK is bugged.
damanding
Your graphics card looks like your biggest hindrance, I run the 720. You may be unable to leave the CK open while testing mods in game, especially if you have a location loaded in your render window, or if you do your game FPS will be so low it's like trying to run through water. Depending on what you decide to make the low FPS may not matter too much when you're just on for a few minutes to test. I find that Darkfox127's old Skyrim tutorials are still pretty useful and generally translate pretty well. What I like about his tutorials vs the majority of the current Fallout tutorials is that he usually explains WHY to do things a certain way. Elianora has a lot of great Fallout specific tutorials as well. Also be sure to look through the "Modder's Resources and Tutorials" and "Utilities" categories for good stuff that might be useful to you. Depending on what you want to create, there are a wide variety of tools you'll want to look up beyond the Creation Kit including FO4Edit, Nifskope, BodySlide/Outfit Studio (which oddly enough is quite handy for custom mesh mashups not just clothing related stuff) and BAE. I know even less about tools for creating meshes like 3DS Max and Blender or tools for animation like F4Biped Animation Rig (in Utilities category). A few tools:FO4Edit http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/2737/?Nifskope http://niftools.sourceforge.net/wiki/NifSkopeBodySlide http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/25/?BAE http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/78/?F4Biped Animation Rig http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/16691/? A note about tools like FO4Edit versus CK, yes the CK has plenty of problems but some things are just much safer to do in the CK. FO4Edit may not have all the same up to date references, keywords, etc. Especially with as often as Bethesda has been quietly making changes to critical game engine functions lately. FO4Edit is handy for things like cleaning your mod's ESP, mod merges or quickly looking at information that's more effort to get to in the CK.
