What's some of the stranger stuff you've seen in Fallout 4?

I was using DDProductions' grenade launcher M79 thing, that... hits the target blows up, MIRV's some bouncies that also blow up, that then shed into a last (3rd) set of bouncies that blow up after a certain amount of time

anyways, long story short, there was 2 deathclaws, killed one, was trying to get the other, managed to
okay so far nothing special is mentioned, I was on some buildings around some mutated ferns
one of the corpses flopped onto the roof right in front of me from those explosions

the grenades have zero control and are chaotic beyond measure

The M79 was one of my go to weapons in Far Cry 4 but after trying it out in Fallout 4 it stays in a trunk somewhere.

Visited Nuka World Market today and all Traders were nude.

 

 

Played Open Season in Nuka World and while my 2 companions and I were firing Gatling Lasers and Plasma Rifles at the Pack in a fairly dark room, one of the "slaves" was calmly sweeping the floor as if nothing was happening, even when body parts landed in front of her !

 

 

Nearly forgot.... escorting a BOS Scribe with Paladin Danse and I throw a grenade at the enemy, forgetting it was a Synth Relay Grenade ! The Synth does a great job but when it is finished Danse and the Scribe suddenly realise it is a Synth and kill it :sad:

I got that rather frequently. Cricket's guards usually let it all hang out. The male one even has some kind of armor that looks as if his penis was in some tube, sticking out on the other side, which adds to the funny obscenity.

Well, strange stuff... I'd say Nuka World has made some people strangely jumpy.

 

- I hang out around County Crossing, waiting for the next settler to come join the settlement. Some new settler comes running to me and goes something like, "You've got to help! We've been jumped by raiders!" then just walks away and out of the settlement. I go after him, and all the lines he has are generic stuff like wanting to go to Diamond City again. And just keeps walking away, only Atom knows where to... WTH?

 

- I go in Vault 88, and just as I go through the rad detectors at the entrance, some guy proclaims that they'll dig in and make their stand there. I'm like err... is there some attack I don't know about?

I had that as well. Did you do Open Season? If so, I'm fairly sure it's because the game removes their shock collars a few days after you free them. For some reason, they stop wearing their outfits however. I used the openactorcontainer console command to make them equip their outfits again.

I had that as well. Did you do Open Season? If so, I'm fairly sure it's because the game removes their shock collars a few days after you free them. For some reason, they stop wearing their outfits however. I used the openactorcontainer console command to make them equip their outfits again.

 

 

Yes , I did Open Season twice but Harvey wasn't nude and - I think - had no shock collar. Not sure about that, will check tomorrow.

So today, I was hanging around the Red Rocket gas station when I heard gunfire from Sanctuary. Assuming it's raiders, I run over there and see a pack brahmin by the bridge, and a short distance down along the river I find Trashcan Carla, just standing there among some rocks and bushes. No enemies in sight, not even their corpses.

 

Here's the strange part: For some reason, Carla was super radioactive. Like, I'm talking 20-30 rads per second radioactive. I lost nearly half my health just walking over to her before I figured out what was happening.

 

So I take a couple steps back and after a few moments the rads are gone. Carla acts like nothing happened.

Probably she is a synth and got her internal nuclear reactor malfunctioning, making her crazy and radioactive ;)
