    • I would choose the bridge.
    • I would choose the cave.
    • I would stay put where I am.

You are standing in darkness, to your left and right there's nothing, but in front of you there's a bridge with seemingly no end and behind you a dark cave, which way would you choose to go? Explain your choice if you can. Edited by Neokore

Staying put will get you no where, and the cave feels like it's going to be an enclosed space where I would be stuck, so going forward on the bridge would be the best choice in my opinion, and hey, maybe it's not endless after all :)

i have to agree a cave is sure to end and nothing has no beginning but a brdge like life has an end but we can not see it until we are almost there

I'd make a fire in the cave and set up a camp there, tomorrow their's bound to be light when the sun rises, so there's no need to panic and go running off.

In the morning after breakfast, I'll first explore my surroundings and then go exploring further away.

I'd choose the cave ... for now.

since the question did not put you at this place via teleporter

you can properly assume that you have been through the cave

so your choices are translatable as

a ) re-do the known

b ) try the unknown

and the known is boring
