I know this is old topic but it's the only one with the same problem of mine.

I got the same problem of Ledomier: I'm not regenerating health even in human form also I don't regenerate health by waiting(T) too. I got this problem after trying Better Werewolf Mod, it was supposed to let me regenerate health while in beast form, not stopping it at all...

I uninstalled the mod, visited a shrine, used "player.getav healrate" to check then "player.setav healrate" trying to fix and the "player.resethealth" as rickerhk said but none worked.

I had the same issue after using Better Werewolf... health would never regenerate (ironically, which is the total opposite what the mod is suppose to do).

To fix the issue I had to remove the mod and load a previous save when it wasn't happening. That was the only thing that fixed it for me.

This is why I tend to make stone saves before all major quests.

Ok, I had this same problem before, I think I found the solution. Type:

player.modav healrate

and add a number to the end I started with 100 just to see if it works. After you test it, to lower it, type a negative number in (this subtracts from the original number) so if you were to put 100 then -50 it would end up at 50. I kept doing this untill I found a reasonable rate,

Good Luck!

I have the same issue after trying out Yet Another Werewolf Improvement. I have tried all of the solutions that i have found on multiple forums and nothing at all has worked. I've tried dropping all my gear, using setav/modav/forceav, tried using reset health, tried removing the spell, nothing worked. Besides trying to fix the issue I have never used the console in this game. Please help.

The fella is half-right

player.modav healratemult
is what you want. Add that mult at the end of it. At the end of it, whatever value you put will add it to the current value (ex. if it's at 40, you type 50, it will be 90). typing "getav" will probably show your stat in the negatives, under 0. Same thing happened to me, with some bug while disabling the Basic Needs mod. Simply bump it up to the default, 100.

Can also do the same with "speedmult", etc etc. Hope this helps  there's a place somewhere on the UESP.net too that lists all the av's you can check.

Thank you. WOW just THANK YOU! It took some time and some learning but I eventually managed to fix this.

player.modav healrate 0.70

player.modav healratemult 100

Some other useful commands:

player.getav healrate

player.getav healratemult

It's worth knowing what your heal rate is at.

if it's too high, then "player.modav healrate(mult) -57391875" (whatever number it's at)

Too low then do the opposite. Try get it at 0.00, then you type in 0.70 for healrate or 100 for healratemult
