What Conversations Did You Hate Most?

For me, the two that spring to mind are the first convo with Preston and the conversation to join the Railroad because they both railroad you. The preston conversation forces you to listwn to the while thing aaaalll the way through, with stupid options like "can I use a minigun like a rifle?" I hate the Railroad convo because it doesn't give you the option to lie even if you just want to use them to get inside the institute.

No conversations/dialogue I "hate" in this or any game. When having a long conversation, simply left-click somewhere on the screen and the dialogue will jump to the next part/reply pop-up...

But if you're too enthusiastic with your clicks, you put a bullet through your conversation partners. Usually they're good sports and take it without a protest.

I got totally irritated by the companion comments about junk and ended up with just Cait and my Assaultron. I downloaded the mod which is supposed to stop these comments but for some reason it didn't work and I got furious and dismissed her. I now have just the Assaultron and Danse but I will dump him shortly. There really should be some in-game setting to shut them up.

Well, maybe not the conversation itself, but some people's sense of timing could use some improvement.

I finally get around to doing the Goodneighbour warehouses. I lockpick my way into one of them and... of course, MacCready has to talk to me RIGHT NAO. Gets interrupted by a Triggerman shooting him in the head. Turns out he wants to ask me if I'm imüpressed with him yet. Yeah, totally... I'm impressed that with that much brain he's not walking on all fours and wagging a tail

I might have *ahem* taken some drugs in preparation to going after the raiders at Parson's Creamery, and now Hancock wants to talk to me. Gets interrupted by a raider coming around the corner and shooting him in the head. Do the raiders, decide I can finally have that talk. Wouldn't you know it, some more raiders walk down the road and start shooting him in the head.

You can walk away from these conversations, you know. Other than some in FO3 where that ant problem boy always crept up on you when you were busy disarming mines or just being attacked. Those were the times when I really considered the killable children mod.

It does get fairly annoying fast after you've heard them say the same things over and over again.

Not nearly fast enough to keep the idiots from being spotted, once their conversation forced us both out of sneaking.
