I was checking solutions and have tried alot soo far. I only use NMM and (occasionally) manual installs. Therefore, my first recommendation would be to LOOT your load order and clean with TESVEdit as directed. Note that some mods have intentional "dirty" edits and cleaning them will break the mod. Be sure to read EACH mod's description thoroughly before cleaning with TESVEdit. Also, many users and mod-makers consider Bethesda's high-res texture packs to be too demanding of your VRAM for what they do.
