Skyrim - Mod Detectives Thread

So I really want to start a new game, but I have this thing where if I start a new game I don't like to change anything about it (even through adding mods).

 

Anyway my problem is that I can't find this one hair that I have been looking for forever:

Pretty sure that's from one of the SG Hair Packs. Good luck finding it though, as most of the links to it seem to be dead-ends. I don't know if the original "Creator" doesn't want it distributed or what. Most of them are just ports from the Sims 2, so maybe that's the problem.

the problem were sims 3 hairs actually...from a corean autor called kweai (commonly known as mia...i think)

 

The hair should be from morten hairs (pulled down too due to the same reason)

but you can find a copy of it in SG hairs too.

So here is an image of what i was talking about. Ignore the naked woman. My desire here is the mod which changes the layout of the throneroom.
The throneroom in the Blue Palace does normally NOT look like this.

Doesn't anyone know what mod affects the Blue Palace in this way?

I think the ida of a true "seat of the high king" is very immersive.

Does anyone know a mod that works with immersive creatures and like right off the bat you can walk into a high level enemy and changes the spawn points? Like for example I want to run into random enemy as soon as I get out of helgen instead of the typcial wolves along the path.

I'm not completely sure, but this Game of Thrones mod is changing the Blue Palace in a similar way ;))

Both are New Vegas mods, I know there was some cross porting of various things back and forth, I'm just wondering if either one (or something similar) has turned up for Skyrim.. if not I have a lot of work ahead of me.

I'm looking for mods or cheats that extend the life of the "flesh armor" spells,

i/e. Oakflesh adds 40 armor for 60 seconds. I'm casting it over and over in dungeons.

 

any hope? an hour would be nice. 24 hours would be great!

Whiterun looks like it has fended off a few sieges in its day. And then you drop a civil war on it. What's a Yarl to do?

 

I know there are mods that restore Whiterun to its pre-civil-war state but, hey, if you're going to rebuild the city after the civil war, should you, er, fix the original problems too?

 

I haven't run across any mods that do this so I'm crossing my fingers one of you lot have run across one.
