To Me: It looks like a mashup of iron armor along with jazzwardrobe. I may be wrong but ive lookde for this armor for quite a while, ive tried using the CK to try and do it on my own but if it is on here i wouldnt like to duplicate it. I do not know much else about this armor, perhaps it is a personal mod. I apologize if the pic is inappropriate to some, it was the best i could find. But I am only interested in the armor itself. MoreHUD ( http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/51956/? ) Will give you a more detailed hud which might let you see the enchantability that you're looking for. Not sure on that one.
