ENB not working with Mod Organizer

Right so i've always used NMM instead of MO but I just changed to MO I reinstalled skyrim so everything was new and I installed the mods I wanted to. All the mods work fine except for the ENB I installed (Vividian ENB) and I followed a very detailed tutorial and I installed everything correctly and if I start up SKSE outside of MO the ENB works fine but if i run SKSE through MO (So that my other mods work too) nothing happens no ENB there at all. I've replaced the skyrim.ini and skyrimprefs.ini inside of the profiles folder in the correct profile in MO's directory and still doesn't work. I've tried putting the ENB files into the MO directory and even the plugins folder in MO's directory and it still won't work. I can't find a fix anywhere only so please guys if you could help out it would greatly appreciated.
