Mod trouble making game crash.

Please do not hate me if this has been posted before. Just really need some help.

I am trying to install a mod into my Fallout 4 game and it keeps crashing.
I've tried just about everything I could find and have been trying for about two or three hours.
I really need help in trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong here, I am new to using mods so I don't know much and am hoping someone here can help me figure this out.

I only want to use one mod and I am getting all this trouble for it to the point where I am about to say forget it.

Please help me out if anyone can, the mod I am trying to use is: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/11295/?

that's the only one I followed what it said and it's not working / my game won't even open.

Make sure the lines

bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=
are added (under [Archive], two thirds down the page) to the Fallout.ini located in Documents/My Games/Fallout4 . Use Notepad or, preferably, get Notepad++.
When using Notepad++, it's around line 114 in the .ini file. Just add the lines underneath the last line under the [Archive] header.

As my laptop is not powerful enough to play FO4, I can only give you a basic answer. However, this mod requires these two mods to function as well, as listed on the mods requirements field:

1.) Lots More Female Hairstyle

2.) Appealing Moles

You will then get this popup when you click on it:

That should help you out with that mod.

Are you installing this mod manually, or via NMM?

As you say your new to modding your game, I'd advise you use NMM.

Also, the mod you are trying to install needs LooksMenu (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12631/?) if your not using one of the files in the optional section on the mod page where you downloaded it.

LooksMenu is dependant on F4SE, so you'll need that too (http://f4se.silverlock.org/) if your version of Fallout4 is 1.5.157 or greater.
