RadoGamer
Steam installed the latest update tonight and now my game crashes after the main menu. I ran the NMM update and this didn't help at all. Up until now my game has run well with no issues. I installed Fusion City and was playing it the last two nights with no issues or graphic problems. If anyone else is having this problem maybe we can compare notes and see what it may be. I know that the recent update mostly addressed issues in the Nuka World DLC. I have 46 active mods and have been starting the game from the NMM and never had a problem till now.
AnvilOfWar
No problems for me Rado, 174 installed mods, 118 plugin's total, and no CTD's at all after the update. Are you using F4SE? If so since it was a version update, that would need to be updated as well.
iXenite
Indeed. It is confirmed that F4SE is not currently compatible with the most recent patch. If you're using it, you need to wait for F4SE to get an update.

RadoGamer
No script extender, i saw that a lot of people are having the same issue that don't have mods, I wonder if it's a compatibility issue IE graphics cards etc.. Steam just dropped a new 46mb update tonight. I'll see what happens after it's done. Thanks guys.

But, as I said, in heavily modded game, I'm used to crashing off and on. It doesn*'t happen anymore frequently than it did before the update. RadoGamer
That's the problem, mine never crashed before this update. I'm running an update on my Rx7 right now so I'll find out if that may be an issue.
RadoGamer
Nothing changed, I tried to flush Steam and the graphic update made no change. I hate uninstalling mods to find if that's it. Any suggestions would help. I was thinking of uninstalling one at a time and if it doesn't change anything reinstall it and then uninstall the next one and go down the line like that until I find the culprit. cossayos
You'd have to post a list of your mods for anyone to be able to make a guess. Not saying that it helps, but without knowing what you have running, nobody can say anything on the matter.
RadoGamer
Got it, most of my mods have been on the system for a while, the newest one is Fusion City and one of Eleanora's clothing mods but it could be any of them. My guess is there has to be one that is using Nuka World assets as the update was for that DLC as well as FO4. I guess I could go through all of them on the Nexus and see if there is anything that mentions that. I also found this on the update notes on steam, I just noticed it. What seems odd to me is people are having the same issue without mods. I was just about to hit 1,000 hours too!!! Oh well Thanks anyway Cossayaos, I appreciate the communication. Update (9/30): We are investigating an issue with Mods not appearing properly with the 1.7.19 update. We are working to resolve the issue quickly and we may roll back the 1.7.19 update temporarily until we can get a fix tested and deployed. Thanks for your patience. I ran a papyrus log and this is the last entry on the log. error: Unable to bind script DLC04:DLC04OperatorsRifleAnimationScript to (06051235) because their base types do not match and this is near the top.
