Constant CTD, really need help

Hello

im pretty desesperate honestly. im having CTD at an unplayable rate (when the game doesnt crash on loading). Even new games are super unstable.

Can you tell me what could be wrong with my game ?

Yes ive used loot, reproccer and fnis. I use Mod organizer. I use Unofficial skyrim patch instead of the legendary one because reproccer is a shitshow with the legendary version. The ENB is the very conservative performance one and I've checked it's not the memory limit. I run mostly at 50-60fps my computer can handle it.

Mods:

I won't get rid of skyre or better vampire. Everything else im willing to let it go if necessary.

Thanks a lot

crash fixes and skse memory patch would be a good start. the reason skyre and usleep don't play well is because skyre isn't based on usleep. you don't need to get rid of skyre, but it has some problems. i don't know about the main module since i haven't used it since perma came out, but the modularized plugins overwrite a lot. enemy scaling in particular will overwrite EVERY OTHER MOD that edits ANYTHING about the same npc, so it's very incompatible with about everything. if you open your mods in tes5edit and look at what they do, you can make everything work together, and be able to tell if something's ordered wrong by loot. even if you use usleep. also, sorting all of your plugins' masters might be for the best. here is a guide about how to patch your mods together by hand, but be warned it's a HUGE undertaking. the benefit, though, is that a lot of your mods will have more features since they aren't being overwritten by other plugins. and your game won't crash so much that it's unplayable. i learned a lot from this.

that's easier, but i still recommend learning how tes5edit works. instead of guessing how each mod will affect your game you can just... look and fix any problems. the most obvious example in op's load order would be to filter and look at how the 3 serana mods play out. also i was getting a lot of crashes from worldspace overwrites. so you can just set crash fixes to make a log and if you do crash, you can know exactly what to look up and fix it. second vid explains about crash fixes and memory patch which are really important.

i know you're a skyre fan and they're not exactly the same, but have you tried out perkus maximus? it's a pain to install more than any mod i've installed, but if you fix the metadata in loot it works great. and instead of just throwing npc perks into the middle of a load order and crossing your fingers, the patcher does the exact same thing dynamically based on your actual final result. so your ultimate dragons will get perma perks etc without losing their ultimate-ness. and you can still use races and standing stones from skyre. races will break your beast race and elf vampires' eyes unless you patch over usleep fixes tho. all enemy ai does is up the chance of any kind of attack by 3-4 times. something like skytweak would replace it and then some.

I noticed you have some resource intensive mods in your list, like Frostfall, Realistic Needs & Diseases, and ETAC. You also have what appears to be the vanilla Hi Res textures.

ETAC is also listed as an incompatible mod with Immersive AI, specifically causing crashes.

I suggest:

Play without ETAC, and read the Immersive AI compatibility article very very carefully. It changes a lot of things and has a lot of incompatibilities.

Get Crash Fixes. It addresses many of Skyrim's inherent memory management flaws.

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/72725/?

Read this: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/48387/? for skyrim.ini setting recommendations.

Try playing without Frostfall and RND, to see if that improves the CTD situation. Your computer has the system resources, but Skyrim's 32bit engine is old, cranky, and will max out and crash before your computer even feels the strain.

Get Optimized HD Textures instead of the vanilla Hi Res Textures.

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/57353/?

Read these three performance and stability guides:

I've watch half the video and overall it really looks like it some kind of try and error type of thing. I'm not sure if its much shorter than just manually removing mods and testing. But still ill have at least a good idea of which mods *could* be problematic so that was helpful. I'll still watch the other half

I've had a working game before with those serana mods and everything was fine. mod authors confirmed it was fine too. Anyway those ctd occurs at any time especially at loadup regardless of serana

As for perkus the thing is skyre change the stamina system, the economy, the blocking, the damage and tons of other things that arent related to perks. It makes everything better and much harder. Those changes are very important for a veteran player such as myself. Perma perk are prob better but i lose everything else. I would probably run all over everything even on legendary.

Alright thx. I'll do those

I'll remove immersive AI before ETAC. I play without fast travel, ETAC is kind of essential. Unless youre telling me it's conflicting with several others but you seem to suggest that immersive AI is the most potentially problematic one.

I'll check out the stability guide and dl the textures and delete frostfall as a last resort. Thx

what i was getting at with serana is that any plugin that has an esp to change her overwrites the one that loads before it. to get them all to even work you have to patch them. well, like i said, i'm using races, standing stones, enemy ai, and encounter zones from skyre, so obviously i like it. just had to patch it all. heh, i'm the same way. always play on legendary. me and hadvar couldn't take on 2 wolves when i was just starting out, and before that the bandit at the mine teleported to me and chopped my head off. actually, my mod list is pretty similar to yours.

I removed the immersive AI and download crash fix. My game seem to be fixed now !

thx a lot

@ymf331 checking your list made me realized that I forgot to install realistic room rental. I guess ill sleep for 10gold lol. But youre right our list is very very similar damn

I only play legendary too even with skyre. Only level that keeps me on my toe. Still I always end up too rich too quick for my likings especially when NPC begin to drop expensive gears and when ive enough money to buy a tons of alchemy ingredients. Alchemy is a great way to make tons of $.

I wish the game had a mechanic against this maybe inflation or something
