ymf331
xpmse adds animations for dual sheath redux if i'm not mistaken, so that's not completely true. there is a way to find out if it really is fate, destiny, and bethesda causing your game to bug out through absolutely no fault of your own. uncheck everything below unofficial skyrim patch and run the game. edit: eh might as well uncheck usleep too. Prenihility
Like I said. Console players have run into this bug. And according to another source, removing all mods and returning the game to stock does nothing. But I will try. Somehow, I have a feeling it'll be the vampire face bug all over again. ymf331
sometimes someone has a problem and they post about it, then whenever someone tries to help them they're like 'nope it's god cursing me there's nothing i can do.'
Prenihility
sometimes someone has a problem and they post about it, then whenever someone tries to help them they're like 'nope it's god cursing me there's nothing i can do.' I literally just tried. Didn't do anything. Had SKSE Scripts, Unofficial Patch and SKSE Logs (which really isn't a mod) enabled. It did nothing. It seems to preemptively "infect" and then, gets triggered when you ride your horse. Ahhhhhhhhhh... awesome. EDIT: So i had an Autosave from a bit farther ahead than the earlier save i used before the bug. It turns out that even that Autosave is not affected, much like the earlier save. Is happened after that. I don't know what's causing it. It just makes no sense. The only similarity i can find: When i first encountered it, i had mounted my horse outside of my Lakeview Manor. And now, the second time, it happened there as well. But the second time, i mounted the horse, dismounted, and saved purposefully so i could reload and test it. And it does get triggered after mounting your horse. Or any last ridden horse for that matter. Why? How? No clue. ymf331
this might be worth a look. bug fixes by meh321 addresses something that sounds related. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/76747/? "When standing still vertical look sensitivity is tied to frame rate. Higher FPS will reduce sensitivity proportionally. This can give the impression that horizontal and vertical sensitivity don't match up or that exterior and interior vertical sensitivity are different (due to the FPS difference)." in that case maybe vsync or capping your frame rate might help also. Haven't tried. But this has to do with horses. Now with look sensitivity. I straight up cannot look up/down. But i've been thinking about something. This bug has to do with the last horse you rode. The camera thinks it should be on the horse when you load a save game after infecting yourself by riding the last horse. Perhaps this has something to do with my abuse of the Bend Will shout? I've gotten tired of fighting dragons. So i use the shout on them every time so they can drop aggression. Perhaps the game is setting the dragon targeted with Bend Will as the last mountable creature, and it's causing some iffyness with my actual mount (the horse)? Anyway, off to try the Bug Fixes. EDIT: Nah. Not working. EDIT2: Here's another guy who has the bug. And the last post. Dragon Riding is mentioned.... It seems i was right in my assumption. So... no more Dragon Riding...? But i've done it so many times. Idk... It's messed up. Perhaps because it's a Dragon in Solstheim? https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/4880280-horse-perspective-bug/page-2 Edited October 23, 2016 by Prenihility

Project579
Camera stuck, can't look up or down <-----this is a common bug caused by dismounting horses or dragon it cannot be solved there are only workarounds (you need to load a save before the problem appeared to 100% fix it). rasellersjr
This is not a mod fault. It has been around for a while and has been reported by people without mods, and even using PS4 as well. I've been plagued with this problem for weeks now. I've spent the last hour playing with that Convenient Horses mod and the bug fix option was no use. I tried it with and without using player.tc before and after mounting, while standing next to the Riverwood smelter to aid in testing animations. With the mod fix active, the effect is even worse. I'm looking through the eyes of my horse with the right stick and moving my player with the left. I've got nearly 400 hours invested in this save, with no earlier saves I want to go back too. I really wish someone would figure this out. Edited April 28, 2017 by rasellersjr
