None of the below mods are my work. All the credit goes to the mods and the mods author. If you enjoy the mods of this mod list, please endorse some of these mods to give incentive to mod authors to make more and keep updating these awesome mods. Inspiration for this list came primarily from Haoswidasee and his amazing mod compilation. Check out his mod pack and his amazing songs, he is really talented. Stentorious from reddit was also a source for making this list. He has an awesome fallout 4 mod compilation, and I highly suggest you check it out.

Goal of this Mod List

The goal of this mod pack is to add things that I believe the development team of Fallout 4 should have included in the first place, while trying to maintain some level of immersion while doing so. If you have any questions or suggestions, please leave a comment below. I will give you credit if I end up using your mod suggestion. All I ask is that you share this with your friends and fellow lovers of Fallout 4.

Recommendations

I recommend a fresh install with all DLC addons because my suggestions won’t work for you if you don’t have all of the DLC. If your computer is low end, I would recommend that you don’t install many or any texture mods that I recommend below, but I would recommend you install all the mods in the performance section of this mod compilation. If your PC is high-end, I recommend installing a ENB shader. The ENB Shader I recommend is the photorealistic commonwealth ENB shader because I believe it complements the base game the best (Read the page to seek installation for the ENB).

Thanks for the replies, I will update it with an effective load order today or tomorrow. I'll also consider weaponsmith mod and how it works with the mods. Yes I have all the mods installed and I have no crashes and with my decent setup it doesn't drop below 30 fps. I will in the future color code it a little to make it easier to read. Mod descriptions are coming as well

Is this list working well for people? I installed pretty much all of it and game runs fine, but the balance is way off - I die immediately on survival there is no chance. I changed the in game settings "easy" and its still very hard (I like hard so that's cool, i'm going for immersion and i'd like bullets to be lethal like in real life) but when I got to concord there are 20 raiders and 20 "forged" outside townhall all unloading their weapons at the balcony.. i can't even try to defeat them to get inside.

 

Maybe i should reinstall the Arbitration mod with easier settings? I originally installed with the recommended "survival" settings.

 

I find this like to be really awesome and I thank you for putting it together, but some of it is a little confusing because theres so much that over writes eachother. I'm thinking now that maybe I should have just tried:
