NCRForever
Maybe I need to also raise DoF to max. Even though I really hate it. It gives me a headache.
iXenite
That's probably not it. Did you ever take a look at the other thing I linked? I updated one of my previous posts. Just kinda curious.

hellonf
I'm getting 50-58 with a MSI GTX 960 4gb gaming and a 4690k. How are you getting over 60? I can't get 60 even on the most low settings possible?
NCRForever
I'm getting 50-58 with a MSI GTX 960 4gb gaming and a 4690k. How are you getting over 60? I can't get 60 even on the most low settings possible? This started with a fresh install. I never figured out what caused it. But, I added a lot of graphic enhancement mods, ENB and a weather mod, I then added 2k - 4k weapon and armor mods. All of that finally got me to a nice 55 - 60. Sometimes it dips below 30, but, it doesn't bother me.
Virde
Have you tried using Invidia Inspector to hard cap Skyrim at 60 FPS? It's what I do after disabling VSync since Bethesda games tend to handle VSync poorly. Their game engine is tied to the FPS so having more than 60 FPS causes massive issues. http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/nvidia-inspector-download.html Here's the link to it. Once you run the software click on the Wrench/Screwdriver Icon. Click on the profiles drop down window and scroll down until you find Skyrim. Then set Frame Rate Limiter to 60 and click apply changes. It's worked for me wonderfully for both Skyrim and Fallout 4.
Wolfer4004
There is a FPS limiter in ENB
NCRForever
As of today, it's still above 60, with some dips below 60. But, it's ok to play. I don't play it as often as I did though.
