aguliondew
Yeah when games try for realism I expect to much from them and get disappointed. That is why I like cartoony like games. Still skyrim is top of the line when it come to the amount of content, environment, and the radiant AI events.
Krawll
I feel pretty much the same way about the game as everyone else who posted here. Limited dialogues Limited quests Stupid NPCsLack of logic in many situationsLots of bugs I find it realy stupid that i can serve a certain God and be his/her champion and then go to the next god and become his champion and so on and so forth. It would feel more realistic if you could serve one god the whole game and have a very long quest chain serving that ONE god . It's kinda dum that you would do one quest for that god , become his champion and then never hear from him again. Another thing about those gods that i think is realy dum is that the rewards that they offer is always worse than whatever i'm wearing. The gear that i make myself is twice as good as anything those gods gave me . Every items that i ever recived from gods are eihter stored in a chest in my house or a merchant somewhere in the world is bumping his head against the counter for buying it from me because everytime i visit him he still has it , meaning that he's just unable to sell it lol . Another thing i hate is fighting againt a MASTER LOCK on a random chest in a dungon only to find 10 gold piece inside of it and nothing else. Another thing is that you defeat Alduin which is supposed to be the BIG thing in Skyrim and whenever i come accross a town guard he recognises me as the person who has slain the Glenmoril Witches lol or as the person who RELEASED the dragon after capturing him at dragon's reach. I'm like hmmmm. Yeah amonst other things. Also, the dragons are definatly too easy to kill and even though when you first start playing this game you kinda see them as the best dragon animations you ever saw in any games , after a while you get to realise that they are acting pretty randomly even during battles. I mean , i just shouted at him with dragonrend and threw him a few spells that definatly hurt him and instead of coming down on me and try to eliminate the big threat, which is me , he decides to go down on those two little wolves about 200 feet away and breath fire on them . I also tried to call Ovahdiing a few times during fights against dragons and yeah i definatly did get a few good visuals out of the fights but most of the time , Ovahdiing is simply flying in random directions and only attacks the other dragon when he comes accross him in the air. I was kinda hoping for some more intense Dragon VS Dragon action but because of the fact that Bethesda tried their best to make Dragons "NOT PREDICTABLE" , they ended up making them look and act more stupid than anything. I'm also very dissapointed in their land attacks. They should be sweeping their tails throwing us off on our backs or at least staggering us or leeping away from us before breathing fire or ice on us. Instead of that they just remain there *censored* slapping us with their wings and stomping their tails on the ground with very very bad animations and basicly doing no damage. I also hate the fact that Bethesda is limiting us everywhere in the game . For no logicle reasons. For example , the dead thrall spell. It can only affect people, no undeads, no daedra, no animals . And that is supposed to be a Master spell while the expert version of it can basicly resucrect just about anything . Even though the Expert version has a limited duration, i still consider it a better spell than the Master version. It's not like allowing us to raise Draugr would make us too powerfull lol. I can already summons storms powerful enough to clear a town, i can summon a dragon who can also clear a town. I can Fus, Roh, Dah anything out of my way. I can 1 VS 1 any dragons in the game including Alduin and very easily. So why in hell would they forbid us to raise the undead is above me . Or even a bear or Sabercat. I'm sure some people out there would like to make themselves a permanent bear pet or Ice Wolf especialy if they're playing a Ranger or a Druid type class . Now i could probably go on forever with things that bug me in this game but i could also write a post just as big as this one about things that i like about the game so i'll just end this post right here lol . I'm like hmmmm. Yeah amonst other things. While I agree with all other points, this fits in story line. Except the dragons themselves, the blades and the graybeards, nobody gets to know of your feats (careful of spoilers here). Well the true, true heros are those that have their goings in the background and not the shiny in front, which is quite egoism anyway.
CDRKrotchetyUSN
I most vehemently hate how the game locks out the keyboard and mouse if I enable the controller. What the hell happened to being able to program your analogue joysticks for movement while being able to use your mouse for aim/looking? Jesus H Cryptology. I want my money back. The fallout's did that to me as well. I use the 360 controller and wish I could use the auto-run button... WITHOUT turning off the controller. Deleted3744389User
The thing that I hate the most about Skyrim is the lack in amount of perks. I know there are mods to increase these but I would like to see it included in Skyrim as an update or the like. For example an increase in amount of perks gained in later levels. sajuukkhar9000
There's over 240 perks, that's more then Fallout. and you can get 80 of those perks, over double the number you could get in Fallout 3, and 30 more then in New Vegas. And like I pointed out you can get more perks in Skyrim then you could Fallout 80 in Skyrim compared to the 50 in New Vegas, with all DLC. Guss
People complaining and BSing over things before anything can be changed. how many can agree i know several could. I know someone will start something over this but you got to think ahead. CS is coming and i say 90% of this stuff everyone BSing over can be done in a month, or currently being done.--------------------Bugs: CS - user mod fixes or they might fix in a patch. Looting items or etc from containers: CS - easy fix from oblivion its just Leveled Item Looting " depending on level and etc it will give random out of like 20 items, a few and a random Quantity. " on my v1.1 my gold keeps going up. lvl 36 i avg 70-300g from chests. :ermm: Quests: CS - user mods Npcs - dialogues: CS - user mods, someone might fix them or do whatever i am not skilled in that area.---------------------Note: FallOut is a different game and the style of game play no reason to refer to it and/or compare to skyrim. some aspects many be the same in a way. I don't think there is ever a game bug free when released and most know why but don't want to bring it up all over again. Yeah i know it has issues and others like to post of them. but don't go on over it, if mods don't fix it in a few months like 3 then might bring up something, then someone might hop on it to get it out/fixed. like the 30th or so topic on this matter that i seen.
