Endorsment Reminder

Too few give modders creds by endorsements.

There should be a reminder after say a few days after you downloaded a mod that tells you " You have 4 mods to endorse or not", which ones do you want to endorse?

That way modders get the cred they deserve (or not).

Now many of you may think, if the mod is good it will get endorsed.

But the problem is, people are lazy, they dont want to search for the mod just to give it creds even if they have used it since downloaded.

If you get a reminder you will go, ofcource that guy should get creds!

Endorsements should only be given by those who recognise potential or quality within a mod. If they 'forget' about that mod, clearly it doesn't deserve to be endorsed as it isn't 'unforgettable'. ;)

May sound a little harsh but that's how I think endorsements should be given in practice.

It is already there, go to members area, then under user hit edit your site preferences, you can toggle it on and off and have 5 options for the reminder.

You need to set the preferences for each site.

I download many mods and use few. A vast number of these mods have been sitting in my achieves for literally years without use. It would be wrong for me to "cred" somebody's work that I am not familiar with. When I do use a mod that I like I show my appreciation to the author with a personal thank you and an endorsement.
