NCRForever
So, I am running with NO mods installed. NO ENB. NO ReShade and everything is washed out and grey. Yay! NOT! I tried rolling back my version, but, still the same issue. I installed an ENB and ReShade and SAME issue. I tried replacing everything with a backup that I made months ago, that didn't help at all. I replaced my ini files and let Steam remake them by launching it through the launcher. No help there either. Replaced my ini files, nope. That didn't help either. Tried an ENB and ReShade, nope. Still the same. Not sure wtf to do now.
RaffTheSweetling
Maybe it's your graphics card or drivers?
NCRForever
No. Drivers are up to date. Skyrim SE and all my other games have no problems.
mac2636
Maybe it's your graphics card or drivers?Doubt it. Many others with mods reporting the same issues.
NCRForever
I deleted everything last night and let it download overnight. Just loaded it up and it's exactly the same. This update has turned Boston into a grey washed out apocalypse. So, if anyone else is watching this for an answer, a reinstall will not help. RaffTheSweetling
Lodge a bug report on bethesda.net and let them know. The more people who report it there, as opposed to here where they will never see it, the better odds it will be fixed in a patch sooner.
mac2636
Its much more than F4SE. Beth updated some shaders, materials, misc, interface, and the Fallout4.esm. So now some people are having the graphical errors independent of F4SE.
NCRForever
When I stopped using mods, I stopped using f4se. So, it's not an f4se thing. But, I've also noticed that FO4 isn't abiding by my custom ini edits either. I've even edited the other inis, including the one IN the install folder to no avail. Godrays now refuse to disable through edits. Same with radial and motion blur. Is there another ini someplace that FO4 could be reading from? matty3d
greetings,NCRForever"Is there another ini someplace that FO4 could be reading from?"not so much ini files, rather tons of entry in the regedit of windows, whereby most entrys are not so important (Icon´s History etc.) some of the entrys are dealing with the flash_ui_interface, some refer to an outdated "FlowchartX64.dll".You could try to clean your registry by hand, but i´m not sure if this will solve the problem, the new update spans further then a new F4_exe, ba2 files and scripts are involved as well.just a thought.
