huntsman2310
Well since I've decided I won't try and get them moving until the CK is out, I've started work on the second sub-type. Meet the Slitherer. He looks kind of goofy but honestly, would you want something the size of a long house come at you underwater? Where you can't use weapons? http://img560.imageshack.us/img560/482/frankensteinwasanamateu.th.jpg
Throren94
Your models are awesome! keep up the amazing work! I think for the Slitherer, seeing as you removed the legs and wings..maybe try and flatten the chest to make it more serpentine?
huntsman2310
I think I will, good idea. This guy won't take as long since the Wyrm was essentially a way for me to get used to Blender's mechanics and features, and to find efficient ways to use it. After this guy I have three more models to make. The Red Dragons. The terrible Cockatrice. And Velociraptors.
huntsman2310
Okay so before working on any of the other models I'm going to try and work out a process for getting it through Nifskope. 1st Lesson Learned: It is much easier keeping it in its original format, because I had to export it as a OBJ to edit it in Blender, whenever I put it back into Nifskope, a whole load of material errors come up. huntsman2310
2nd Lesson learned: Even though I love Blender and how accessible it is (mostly cuz of hotkeys), I have to use 3DS Max. because, currently the new Blender does not have NIF scripts for it. And I just realized, from tinkering with some other meshes, that I can straighten the copied backleg of the Wyrm quite a bit without it drastically stretching the texture. ALittleBird
My Argonian will be scared of that one! Since I love to swim in the ocean and such with that character, this Slitherer will be a must-have to spice things up a bit.
huntsman2310
Right. So since my first version of the Wyvern stopped working, here's a new one. Don't mind the fact that he has no eyes or mouth. http://img138.imageshack.us/img138/7834/newversionofwyvern.jpg Took me about an hour to do. Next up I'll post something on the Slitherer and Velociraptor. Then the Basilisk.

(underwater variant)http://img9.imageshack.us/img9/3958/slitherer2.jpg I'll begin work on the Velociraptors now. huntsman2310
While working on the Velociraptor's model I came to a stunning epiphany. I shouldn't remove doubles on bethesda models. Just food for thought, will be releasing pic of it tonight.
