FavoredSoul
I like to make armor(s) and I hate using the shell modifier so certain bits of floating geometry can have two sides (things like belts, straps or bits of cloth for example). Its such a waste polycount-wise, especially if I don't want some of these objects having any thickness to it. Is this doable?
Ghogiel
In max open the material editor, there is a check box that says 2 sided. If you are asking how to get this effect in a game.. you might want to mention what game. you either add a NiStencilProperty or in the case of Skyrim it is one of the shader flags 2, SF_double_sided
FavoredSoul
Yes, i'm trying to do this for Skyrim. Shader Flags 2 isn't a drop down list so how can I select that flag? Inputting the number directly for the flag (16) doesn't work either; really weird results. Suggestions?
