just curious - how many people walk

Walking in Skyrim is more like painfully slow strolling - I can't do that even in real life! So I run everywhere. I rarely fast travel and never use a horse as I scale near vertical mountain cliffs while exploring. It's funny re horses because in Oblivion I loved them and even made my own little corral w/stables for them  but have NO desire to have them climb mountains with me in Skyrim.

I fast travel from the entrance of whiterun to dragons reach.

I'm that lazy.

Me too :P

I recently installed the enchanting table in breezehome mod, so now I don't need to go to dragonsreach anymore... but I used to do this all the time!

Also, I'd rather not see that puke-face Farengar... that butt-monkey sent a hitman to attack me and left his NAME on the hit note... and he doesn't even have the balls to give me any sort of conversation options regarding it!

Man, if I wasn't a frequent of Whiterun, I'd totally kill that mother lover.

I always fast travel.

Before I had Shadowmere, I always sprint to unknown destination with the help of restoring stamina through healing xD

And my my, I must get that mod.

I used to travel everywhere on foot, but then I took an arrow to the knee.

I'm with him ^, I fast travel a lot, but mainly for just quests. I walk a lot to explore, but not really to travel.

I don't fast travel much, so I run a lot. On occasion I walk in the wilderness. I walk it towns and cities (especially Markarth). I always walk in interiors, because I'll bump into stuff. For a warrior I can be a bit clumsy... heh.

If I'm not fast traveling for a quest, I normally walk the countryside for locations since I can find great photo opportunities this way. Horses are stupid since you can not fight on them. Having to get off every time you need to battle someone or something is annoying.

100% Agreed. I cannot wait until there is a mod that allows horse combat like Deadly Reflex did for Oblivion. I was actually kind of surprised that I could not go into first person riding in Skyrim. The first time I hopped on a horse, I tried to go from third-person to first-person, and was quite sad when I couldn't.
