Ads pop up and Downlods not working on Premium Account

I am a Premium member of the site. as your have the Fallout Mods. and I bought a premium membership. so I would not have to see the Ads "some which have Virus attached to me" and to use the Faster Downloads sites.

As of 11/15/206 every time I log in. I am seeing a LOTS of adds. and Site Page redirections.

No this not my system doing this. I have scanned multiple times to verify there are no Virus Malware or other BS on it.

when going to Nexusmods.com/fallout4 I am seeing the page being redirected to

http://ads/pubmatic.com/adserver/js/showad.JS

and when using the Downloads for the mods. I am getting the error page saying this is for premium members only. and to change my settings.

A. for the Ads. This is why I bought the Premium Membership. is so I do not see them. "EVERY"

and this is per your site saying buy the membership. and never see another add again.

well this is not happening. after logging in. I am seeing Banner ads at the top and on the

right side. and I am being redirected off of the site by other ads.

Please fix this ASAP.

B. On the Downloads issue. I understand there may be a Database issue. but If possible. can you please fix this so it is reading the membership DB correctelly so it is allowing the member to use the faster servers.

Thank you

We do not show any ads to Premium Members. Full-stop. If Premium Members were seeing ads then we'd be getting a lot of reports about it. Unfortunately, you're the only one reporting this issue.

Ensure you're logging into your "zed2015" account as that's the one with Premium Membership attached to it. If you are definitely logged in to that account and seeing LOTS of ads, I honestly think you have adware/malware on your PC.

Even when logged out, there are 4 ads on any one page. A 728x90 and a 300x250 ad at the top of the page, and a 728x90 and a 300x250 ad at the bottom of the page. If you see anything else, and especially if you're getting pop-ups or redirects then there's something on your PC that's doing that -- it's not us. Once again, if it was us, all the Premium Members would be on the forums complaining about the same issue. But they're not.

All.

Again. I only said I am seeing this as of 11/15/2016. and it is not happening every time I log into the system. and the ad that is popping up in a Page redirect. "this only started a few days ago

and I do understand the suggesting that it is something on my system causing this. but I have to disagree to this. as the System I am using is a fresh image. and it is scanning clean for Virus, Malware, and Spyware.

Yes I did verify I was logged into the site. and it is showing that I am log in at the moment. the next time it occurs. I will make sure to get screen shots showing the Logon stats and the Ads that are popping up.

thanks
