I tried it out just now and didn't like it, I'm afraid - at least in combination with the (realistic) RPM values in WARS, and possibly the weapon-fire sound effect replacer I'm using. The full-auto Glock in particular sounded pretty bad without a looping sound.

I've been having a few busy days here and there lately so there's been a bit less time to work on it, but I did finish working out the weight values for all the melee weapons. There was a lot of looking at hardware store websites for weights of barbed wire or a certain gauge of chain per metre, the weight of nails or bolts of a certain size, etc. Also a lot of just making stuff up, of course. Here are my messy notes (messier thanks to forums formatting) on it, for anyone who's curious:

A couple of points of interest:

1) With that massive, ridiculous Heavy head, the standard sledgehammer can be (a lot) heavier than the Super Sledge.

2) The weight of Grognak's Axe is based on a true-blue real-world fantasy replica axe.

In animation news, Hitman finished the Mossberg 590 animations recently and they're great.

Do you think this mod will be done by the start of the summer?

It's summer right now! ;) But I guess you mean northern hemisphere summer. In any case, as always; please see the FAQ in the second post.

A fully kitted out Sledgehammer is 46 pounds!? Good lord,if you wanna swing that without power armour, you need to be comfortable with giving yourself a herniated disc,as the best case scenario!

It's pretty crazy, yeah. I eye-balled the FO4 Sledgehammer and it looked like a 16 pound sledgehammer - as in the head alone is 16 pounds. (This was one of those "looking at online hardware stores" times.) The "Heavy" head is gigantic; around three times the size of the standard head. So three times 16 pounds just for the head...
