Stemathome
But the data you find set as undeleted is not seen in the old file becasue it was not meant to be seen by you or xedit "it is hidden data now reset by xedit's program and also, in xedit on an item so set, scroll down and look at what the program did. Hi, My confusion on that part was thinking xedit was adding hidden new entries/ref. Having now gone through the file(s) you link to, I see what you where refering to was the added flags to record when "undelete and disable References" is used in xedit. Thank you again for your time. My poor old brain takes more time to get into gear these days. Best Regards,
Purr4me
yes, the old file, that data can not be seen, I am on another topic arguing with another user over this very thing with no success. Not sure if I am being trolled there or not. It is slightly frustrating working in the blind on an issue..which seems to have turned into some sort of xedit Prompts? I really don't care. The data shown here in the old file is NOT visible at all until I deleted it and restored it and it grew in size and now is visible where it should not be along with additions data added in. "Opposite to parent settings" for each entry I edited that was not supposed to there in the first place, this data you see was on the part of the author learning curve with this tool, as such was not aware of the resulting saturation of data for a place. your not supposed to see that type of object period even with use of xedit...but the proof as they say is in the pudding. lol. The other thread is with the game NV. Defenders of 3rdparty tools go nuts here and it's seems to be a hard topic to kill.
Purr4me
My confusion on that part was thinking xedit was adding hidden new entries/ref.That's exactly what it has done and it should not be there at all. the file it's self grew which means it added data that it should not be adding.
