[LE] Piece of armor invisible

Hello! A small piece of my custom armor (part of the skirt) is invisible in game. Am I correct in assuming it's to do with incorrect weighing?

this should help, when it doesn't match it invisible ingame. So it nothing to do with weighting, for any reading this, too.

The Skirt may have it's own texture that isn't being found in your folders or .bsa ,,,

It's probably wrong body partitions assigned to the skirt as PeterMartyr said. See if it appears when unequipping anything else, that would confirm it, also look at the body partitions assigned to a similar vanilla mesh.
