They are small, optional quests involving Kasia that last only a few minutes. They're intended for those who want to gain/lose friendship and/or romance points.

Will Kasia be the only LI (Love Interest) for this mod?

There are several other characters that are introduced in the upcoming episode that might be considered LIs, but they will not have a friendship or romance system in place like Kasia. These characters will make advances on the player regardless of gender and even after the player has rejected them.

 

The positive and negative consequences of romancing Kasia and/or these characters is explored in Episode III onwards.

The Dragonborn will keep most of his/her past hidden from Kasia so she can be accessible to most character types. Topics such as the player's possible spouses or love interests do come up, however.

 

Lilith isn't planned to be romanceable. She becomes a close ally of the player and Kasia as the situation with the Sirens deteriorates over the course of the series.
