There are already more than enough resources available covering your "rough plan." It would be more useful were you to cover specific areas of modding such as scripting and creating new models rather than covering basic material.I appreciate the effort you are putting into this and it is because of this I feel compelled to warn you of the disappointment you may face in the future. Therefore the population of mods is less than ideal.This gives some of us veteran players the chance to learn how to mod through a "blogger" that we have known through the site. Myself included, many of us may just try modding, instead of always playing. I have downloaded the creation kit and have been dabbling....
