Harbringe
In the last month I have watched about 30 - 40 hours of video of whats been going on in Aleppo and everything that our Gov't in the West tell us is a lie , everything the UN tells us is a lie and everything our main stream media tells us is a lie. The following is a video by an independent Canadian journalist. This woman goes where men fear to tread. I do hope you take the time to watch it. In main stream media they keep referring to the events in Aleppo as the fall of Aleppo , strange the people of Aleppo dont see it that way , they call it liberation. As I said I've watched about 30 - 40 hours of video , I've seen Syrian soldiers charge forward to protect civilians who were being fired upon by jihadists as they were trying to escape East Aleppo , I seen people by the thousands walking/running towards Syrian soldiers as each district of Aleppo was liberated. I 've seen people hugging , kissing the hands of Syrian soldiers and so many V for victory signs as they passed , by the thousands. But the most telling things I saw came from children , little children. See little children have no guile , they can't mask how they are feeling , if they are afraid they show it and if glad they show it. So there was this video of soldiers rescuing civilians and about 30 meters farther on down the road there were soldiers exchanging fire with jihadists and out of one of the doors emerged an old couple and 3 little children maybe ages 4 - 6 , could've even been 3 - 5 and they were running to get to where it was safe and you could see the fear that was in their faces but just as they were getting to where it was safe the 2 littlest both raised their arms with their hands clenched in a little fist , with big smiles on their faces, as if they had just won a prize. It was so obvious who it was those children saw as good guys and who they saw as bad guys. This whole narrative that Assad and the Syrian Army is out to massacre the people is an outrigt lie and we should be outraged. Its a damn lie. Merry Christmas Aleppo your liberated at last. God bless the Syrian Army.

Its a damn lie. For me it really is like watching scripted actors perform a play, even regardless of whether they wish to perform it. Our government and Israel are marching the entire world to its doom.
JimboUK
The coverage has beggared belief, our media were telling us the residents of Aleppo are being slaughtered in the streets while I was watching a live feed of them celebrating being liberated, they've Christmas trees and lights up now. If these people hadn't been arrested the images and videos they were producing would have been presented to us as fact http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/middle-east/aleppo-fake-footage-children-five-peopele-arrested-egyptian-police-a7486541.html @TheMastersSon Israel isn't the problem, it's the Saudi's. The Saudis imo were just paid actors with really bad writing and directing. BTW speaking of liberation, did you know the original name of Operation Iraqi Freedom was Operation Iraqi Liberation? Just follow the money.
JimboUK
The Saudi's are more than actors, they've got a cold war with Iran going on and they've got the US and her allies dancing to their tune, Israel has no interest in having a country full of raving jihadis on its doorstep. As for money, there's plenty of Saudi money finding its way into the right American pockets.

As for money, there's plenty of Saudi money finding its way into the right American pockets. During the spring of 2012 the Saudi's alone committed 5 billion to the overthrow of Assad , with that and since then , its been estimated that Turkey , Qatar and Saudi Arabia have thrown in 10 - 15 billion in the form of money , weapons and supplies. The US on the other hand has been estimated to have contributed around 1 billion. There was one video I saw where they were talking to a large group of men who had gotten out of East Aleppo (about 60). They were asked who do you blame for this and some blamed the Israeli's or Americans and then one very old guy blurted out "to hell with the Americans they didn't start this" "Its the Turks,Saudi's and Qatari's who have done this , most every suppliy of any kind we have seen has been fron one of those 3 countries" "They may be using mostly Western arms but its one of those 3 who are paying for it and you all know that" At which most of them started nodding their heads in agreement" They dont hold nations like Britain , France and the US guiltless but they understand they have been smaller players in this drama . As for the Israeli's they have taken their own potshots to suit their advantage , especially against Hezbollah but overall they dont have much at stake. And if you want to know what this war is really about just think oil. There is a pipeline being worked on called the IPI Iran/Pakistan/India pipeline. Its to connect the oil from the Caspian basin thru Iran - Pakistan - India , the Chinese have even built a multi billion dollar port facility at Gwadar Pakistan to be able put some of that oil on tankers for China. Then someone got idea of extending it the other way across Iraq to Syria where there would be a oil terminal to offload onto tankers for European market. The Saudi's and Qatari's realized this would greatly weaken the role the Gulf States would be able to play in the world oil market , we're talking 10's of billions of dollars on a yearly basis being threatened. So about a decade ago they proposed a oil pipeline to go from the Gulf States thru Jordan - Syria and into the oil terminals they already own in Turkey then on to Europe by tanker. Assad rejected that proposal and went with his allies 2 years before the war began. Hence he became a dictator and had to be removed for freedom and democracy. Harbringe
Had to post this. Aleppo is the oldest city in the world going back to 13000 BCE and if you had lived in that time and decided to go on a walkabout 1300 - 1500 miles north over the Caucasus Mountains you would of come upon the Glacial Wall up to a mile high of the last ice age before it ended and perhaps seen a passing wooly mammoth before they went extinct. Thats a pretty amazing thing to say about any city.
Darthsith
Cut rate journalism mixed with outright eastern propaganda from mystery sources supposedly inside Syria who are significantly more likely to be in a Russian office building where they hire people to publish this crap 24/7 en-masse. Other similar garbage revealed here. @Harbinge: Did you actually watch 30 to 40 hours of footage related to this? I cannot even fathom the logistics of that, was this over months, all at once, how did you space this out? Yes I did , even went to Arabic sites to watch , even though I couldn't read the captions in Arabic. One of my hobbies is watching pre WW2 films of Europe . I focus on cities like Berlin , Warsaw , Stalingrad , etc. What I study is the mannerisms and behaviourisms of people in those times to try to understand what it is they were thinking. So when it came to Aleppo even video's not in a language I could understand were still able to provide me with a clear sense of what was going on. Here's a video of the people of Aleppo and what they have to say. Its done by a news station in France so there are captions , but I suppose thats Russians also. Seems to be the rage these days everything is the Russians. By the way that top video is Eva Bartlett a Canadian journalist at the UN , didn't realize that was all eastern propaganda. Later this year a documentary by Carla Ortiz will be coming out about Syria and Aleppo . She is an American maybe that will suit you . Look up her CNN interview on Youtube if you want a preview. Eeesh, very likely got put on a list somewhere at the NSA/CIA/FBI because of that. You really did not answer my question though. How did you space out that 30 to 40 hours of watching Aleppo celebration/Christmas/happy life footage, over days, weeks, months? That is quite a lot of time, the logistics of which seem relatively implausible. Just admit you said the first two random large numbers you could come up with for the sake of dramatic effect. Eva Bartlett visited a UN press conference on behalf of Assad's regime with the Syrian Mission to the UN alongside Syria's ambassador. Does not really get more eastern than that. Ms. Bartlett certainly does not work at nor for the U.N. if that was what you were hinting at. Also in my fourth link in my last reply it showed how the Syrian ambassador took part in similar propaganda with that very same Syrian mission to the UN, trying to spin how Assad soldiers were 'saving' people only to be discovered that the photo was doctored and the soldiers were actually Iraqi forces not even inside Syria.
