masternoxx
Can't stand this guy he's such a tosser LOL. Used him for some unrelated quests since he is decent in a fight, but then when I finally go back to town he tells on me for everything, and he even was helping me in the murders, and I have a HUGE bounty, not enough gold to pay it and when I go to jail can't even serve my time because the game crashes every time. You have to take him back to the fighters guild which is near impossible since the whole town guard is after you. I had to run into the mages guild, where they would defend me from the 4 guards trying to kill me and of course maglir also attacks you with the guards, it was an absolute bloodbath in there, then finally when maglir got up for like the 4th time, and all the guards were dead, I was able to take him over to the fighters guild and give him back to Azzan LOL. After that of course was able to serve the time just fine with no crash. Little flakey weedy sullen sulkbag. He reminds me of this guy I know. After I gave him back to Azzan he started talking rudely and you should have seen the look on his face LOL.
Oblivionaddicted
Complete the fighters guild questline and you will have a nice surprise about him.
TheMastersSon
I had the same initial opinion about Maglir, and I guess I still do, but his disgust with the FG seemed more genuine to me than that of any other character. After seeing the "100 Gold added" messages for my first few FG jobs, I totally understood his decision to switch employers. :)
Dwalin2012
I felt sorry about him, to be honest. He had a bad attitude and joined the Blackwood company, but it wasn't like he did so because he was "evil" or really enjoyed the choice, he had to eat and feed the family after all (at least if you believe what he says). I didn't like the only option/ending the game offers for him, so I just teleported myself out of the Blackwood company building dungeon, after completing the quest, to avoid it. Oblivionaddicted
I never liked him. Even if the fighters guild doesn't pay very well every quest gives the possibility to make a good amount of money with the harvested ingredients and the various stuff you find in the dungeons. I never regreted what I had to do at the end of the FG questline. Edited April 4, 2017 by Oblivionaddicted
masternoxx
Flake out on your first job, disgraceful. It says everything about your character. I wasn't really paying attention to the reward tho.

I think it's possible since he walks up slowly. I had never done the quest before tho so I thought I had no choice. Of course once he talks to you it's all over since he'll turn hostile and then even if you run the guards will kill him. My guess is he will never yield or run at that point either. Possibly you could use fear, or invisibility. Unfortunately I did not save before leaving the basement for a long time and don't want to do it all over. Oblivionaddicted
Why are you so reluctant to kill him? He's just an amount of pixels.
