saaidsadan
it still wont happen i don't see any harm in seeing someone's download history but hey if you really don't want people to see it an off button maybe ?i dont care if someone sees my download history. i just know that sharing it publicly isnt going to happen as it would cause issues for users who do care. and i know they exist as they frequently come on here asking for help and dont share their load order or an edited load order because their embarrassed that they use CBBE. are you being serious right now plus you shouldn't be held accountable if you're load order isn't working properly for them it's at their own risk

twiztedmongoloid
lol relax guys its not that serious. It is probably something people would be split on. I personally wouldnt care but i am sure plenty of others would throw a fit. Good solution is giving users the OPTION to make download history public or private. saurusmaximus
Authors can see if a person who comments on their mod has downloaded their file. If the mod requires another mod, they can also see if the user has downloaded the required mod. Beyond that, authors cannot see any more of another person's downloads than anyone else.what I want is being able to see anyone's download history rather than asking them what mods they're using since people just don't have the time to list all their mods or maybe nexus should automatically copy their load order into a new tab in their profile but again if for some reason you don't want anyone to see them just a disable The problem with this is, a download history is not a load order, not even close. Besides that, just because someone d/l a mod, it doesn't mean they are currently using it. I can tell you that at least a third of my d/l history isn't anywhere to be found on my computer right now, either because I got tired of the mod, or it was a mod I got to help someone else troubleshoot a problem, then deleted from my game. saaidsadan
Even if some of your mods aren't really in your mod order people aren't going to try to copy all of your mod order they're just going to look for some specific good mods that they saw you play with and even if takes a long time to go through all of the downloads it's still better than nothing

DoctorKaizeld
There is no good reason to see someones downloads. You can ask them what mods they were using and if they want to they will tell you. Or you can go to the mod detectives thread and ask.
