kevkiev Posted May 14, 2012 Share Posted May 14, 2012 Upon entering the Riften Warehouse to get info on the Skooma operation, and getting attacked immediately, Mjoll ended up locking weapons with the henchman guy and took him down with 3 quick head butts. Probably just got messed up from being all intertwined with the guy but, still, it looked amazingly awesome. (I tried a few times, but was unable to replicate it.) Lydia's footsteps sound amazing. it seems like she takes lots of little steps really quickly" then I turned round to look at her and she was nowhere to be seen (she'd got stuck on something several rooms back) but there was a huge frostbite spider creeping up on me"not a huge problem to deal with but the shock to my nerves was funny Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
62firelight Posted May 15, 2012 Share Posted May 15, 2012 Ah yes the 'couriers' going around and giving me letters. Once I was testing out the new added killmoves by literally destroying Whiterun. I killed many guards and innocent people throughout my killing spree, but then when I was fighting a Level 50 Whiterun Guard, one of those 'couriers' came and gave me a letter while I was getting slaughtered by that irritating guard. ArgonTheAlmighty Posted May 19, 2012 Share Posted May 19, 2012 On my most recent character, I went to join the college of winterhold, but then a dragon appeared. that was the dumbest dragon I had ever seen, for it was attacking the college, (home to the most powerful friendly NPCs) at the beginning of the questline, when the most powerful and important characters were all outside. This includes Savos Aren, mirabelle, ancano, faralda, and anyone else who happened to be in the courtyard. needless to say, it was an EPIC battle with all kinds of atronachs and fireballs going everywhere. But the most epic thing was was that I got a killcam on the ancient dragon, in the middle of the courtyard, on top of its head, slicing it with an ebony battleaxe as everyone else was pelting it with spells. I head up towards Blackbriar Manor figuring I'll activate the location for later. I run into a couple of Alkiri along the way harassing some chick. I lead some wolves towards them 'cuz I kinda just want their scimitars. They stop in the middle of their dialogue and begin to run away. :rolleyes: Then they turn and kill the wolves. So now they're apparently stuck there. All three NPC's (the two alkiri and the redguard woman) all return to their spot, but the dialogue doesn't continue, so there's never any dialogue for the Alkiri to leave so they're all pretty much stuck there. So I head up to Blackbriar Manor and encounter my first weirdness. The first mercenary totally ignores me and runs after a rabbit. He slaughters it, then a chicken, the streaks off after presumably a third animal. The second mercenary starts firing arrows at me and I back away. I turn around and the other mercenary is back, attacking me. I lead him to the Alkiri and they proceed to kill him as well. So I lead the other mercenary with the bow towards them, and finally he kills both of them and then proceeds to disappear into some rocks. After looking around for a minute he pops out... I don't know if he was cowering or went to one knee or what. But he starts firing arrows at me again. I one hit him. Grab everything worth anything and the Alkiri stuff and now I'm over encumbered. After grabbing the two mercenary's steel plate armors there's no way I have a strength potion decent enough to get me out. My alchemy is still low. So I make the decision that instead of dropping the loot I'll just hobble to Riften. So I walk up the path and encounter some bandits at an old ruin. I take them both out and start heading back up the road. I'm attacked by a troll... finish it off. Then I start to see the icon for Riften Stables.... No riften icon. (weird). The walls of the city come into view and as I go around to the front two horses come galloping towards me, followed by two bandits. Now I've heard all the guards talk about "a good bandit raid", but never saw one. But low and behold two bandits are apparently chasing after these horses. At this point I have no idea where they came from. So I kill them. The horses actually attacked them as well... Head towards the front when I see two more aggressive icons on my radar and another figure streaking across my screen away from me. I get around the front of the building and find out the two red dots are a frost spider and a cave bear, both of whom attack me. I end the fight quickly and find the corpse of a stormcloak and Valindor near the city gate. Ok... weird, but kinda cool. Now I have the key to his house. But then I start heading back towards the city gate and notice a third body laying off to the side. It's Wujeeta... beheaded. I came out of a farmhouse and suddenly one of those nobles on horses flew across my screen and landed on the other side of a bridge where there was an Imperial Soldier there, walking away from the noble as if he wanted to quit his job. etang2 Posted May 20, 2012 Share Posted May 20, 2012 Man, i'm running some hectic as mods.So, what happens is that I was running after starting a new character with alternate life, from Dawnstar to Whiterun (never so this track, its takes forever, soooo many enemies with my mods) and I got half way down the road when BAAAAM! Three dragons from the Deadly Dragons mod appear. Freaking out, I run off the path into the bush only for a massive battle betweem the Imperial army and bandits everywhere with about 7 monster mods monsters hacking it up. So the dragons start killing bandits while i'm on level one, running from every one, trying to the the hell out of there, arrows are flying everywhere and one of the dragons is a blizzard dragon so theres this massive storm. The battle is huge, like 200 npcs and i'm packing my dacks. I get into where the most furious fighting is happening and then DFB spawns like 5 dragon priests and two giants! So now theres fire ball, ice shards and people fying everywhere while bandits and imperials hack the brains out of each other and fire, ice and acid flying from the sky!This goes on for about 10 minutes, me stuck in the middle of it, running around trying to find the path. Just when I get out, I see a group of imperials walking along the road. Cool, i'll join them, I think.... Yeah good Idea. About 20 meters down the road, a freaking bandit raid and three werewolves appear. Melee ensure and I flee the scene with about 20 health left.So i keep running and i'm about half way to whiterun when I see this thing on the road. A sabretooth is walking real slow towards me. I got into sneak and sure enough it hasn't seen me. I take the oppotunity to get the jump on it and as you can guess, the Scaling Level Stopper has made it about level 30. I get literally anhilated. New save just before the same event. Repeatedly killed 4 times before I instead run off the road and hide in some shrubs. So i'm hidden and the sabretooth decides this one time to waltz off the road to have a look at the rock i'm hiding behind. I see something at the edge of my vision, i rotate a tiny bit. Detected. I HATE YOU WARS IN SKYRIM. Dead again. Finally I get past by luring to an imperial captain and peppering it with arrows.So now i'm running down the road. I see this castle up ahead. Might go and investigate. Turns out the bandits are repelling a MASSIVE draugr army. Damn. Bandits are literally pouring out of the castle gates and throwing themselves against the draugrs. Then from the north a sizeable army of Imperials rock up and start pelting arrows into everything. Then from behind me, Stormcloaks flow from the hills armed with tantos and WHAT DAEDRIC WEAPONS! What is going on. So again i'm stuck again, looking, trying to escape. 10 reloads later I escape. Runs down the road. Waolves chasing me. See a really tall thing on the horizon. Natures Doom. It gets into a fight with the wolves and some nearby spawned parasites. Haha, this will be fun to watch! 15 seconds and the natures doom has killed everything. C*zz*.... runs, pfft, this natures doom is tall and kills me in about 20 seconds. Reload, takes all my armour off and flees the scene. This happens about 3 times with different variations of enemies. After all that I arrive at the small outpost outside of Whiterun and theres probably 17 bandits going up against 5 Whiterun Guards. I join, level 5 by this time and start sharp shooting everyone. One to go and just my luck, I head shot a guard with deadly heatshots mod active and get arrested. Spends time in jail and gets out. Why is everyone looking at me and laughing...
