god can you people not take a joke from somebody like this.

 

dont worry im not him. but honestly you all claim to be so great and mature. yet youre playing the old did you hear something game.

 

now listen i was at the old forums under a different name. and i know daerk will probably ban me if he checks my ip. thats why i have never bother registering.

 

but honestly i can say this was a joke meant for the people that were involved before. and once you all got involved he just started going out on you. why because you took offense just like a big brother (smoky) would do to a little one (everybody else). the more you complained and told him to stop. and insulted him. the more it made him come back for more.

 

and i know this guy and when last i saw him he was dead beat tired. (this was today).

 

ok that being said. none of you have any of my respect because of this incident. and many others because of the original incident.

 

i can even explain what happened.

 

one fine day, during the times of the MWC forum,(the second one of these for those of you too young to know), somebody had the idea to make a fun thread. now when this thread was created the intention was to keep all spam locked away in it. well this thread came with a single mod. (theta orionis).

 

well after this thread had gone for a rather long time (not sure but i think it was nearing its thousandth page) it began to die down drastically. well one night smoky, a personal favorite of mine named bort, and stall. started going at it in the thread. they went on for pages and pages doing exactly what it was the thread was made for. (not like it was 2 people going back and forth for pages spamming constantly every five minutes.)

 

well smoky had made a comment that theta didnt like. and since smoky was a moderator at the time (this counting for something because of the mods cant delete any posts made by mods rule, dont know if its still in effect here), theta couldnt delete that particular post. so instead she went through and deleted every other one of the posts that were made by the other 2. niether one of them had made any bad posts about anything. she just deleted them because she wanted smoky to sound like he was spamming to himself. (infact i do believe she stated this after she did it too).

 

well this didnt sit too well with bort. he went off telling people what theta had done. she would follow him and delete all of his posts.

 

well after this bort tried pleading with daerk to get her to back off from them. when that failed he tried dark. niether of them did anything to stop her from continuously deleting his posts. because by that time she had started not even reading them and just deleted them for the heck of it.

 

when this fail bort lost all hope of ever posting on that forum again. so he started spamming like no other. note he wasnt a bad spammer. he may have had the occasional post but up until this point he was pretty good about it.

 

but you have to understand once anybody is treated like this then they start to do anything to piss off the person doing the mistreating. (hence the phrase theta = poser).

 

i guarantee nobody had ever seen so much spam in their lives. this boy went out brought back at least a hundred old threads and spammed that statment at least fifty times a thread. anywhere that was available he would do it. if she posted that phrase would closely follow in large numbers.

 

so this was the last stand of bort. he had gotten IP banned for doing what comes natural to humans that are being mistreated.

 

once he had gotten on thetas bad side by trying to tell what actually happened he may as well have been banned from the forums.

 

well this didnt sit too well with smoky since the whole thing started when a mod wanted to embarass a mod. so smoky quit. other mods that had been related in RL joined and left. stall never returned. and i am left to tell this story since nobody else would.

 

lucky me for getting a place to get the truth out there that cant be deleted except by admins. so i leave you with where the spam and hate came from. odds are smoky caught wind of the new forums after the old ones collapsed and he wanted to pay his respects to the people he no longer respected.

 

i do ask that i dont get a ban from this if you do check my IP daerk. i only want to read what is going on and how far along you guys have gotten. like i said not a sould left that i can respect but the end result of the hard work that the least respectable people put in, i can respect.

 

i am only after the info you post. i didnt plan on even registering but these people trying to tell smoky about things they know nothing about is not the best thing i have ever seen.

yet i oddly find myself posting. this being due to the fact that hope of having a person to respect is showing a slight glimmer.

 

i can say this kind of thing is not done in the same manner. because where it may be making somebody feel bad. but it seems that mostly everybody that has made a post about it has been somebody with a banner. but the people who didnt were indirectly linked due to the fact that they interfered. i dont mean to say its right that it happened but i do think that had tree and cmac just shut there yaps that this would have been drastically reduced to a low roar of things.

 

where as i agree that it is bad that this all happened you do have to understand the entertainment that anybody with a lack of sleep and a slight knowledge of the incedent would come in.

 

i personally LMAO when i saw this. but when the people who knew nothing about the situation started responding i had to inform everybody where it was coming for nothing more.

 

i look for no praise.

oh and to correctly define poser in the sense it was meant.

 

a poser is a person who says theyre one thing yet acts like a different thing.

 

 

i do have to say i agree with the original statement. thats just my opinion im not going to back it up at all. but i do know the people who were involved in the incedent so i have to say we have talked about it before. and this is the sense of the word that was used.

rightfully i think the honor of what smoky is doing should have been left to bort, since he was the one that was wronged for trying to let the admins know what was going on when they wouldnt listen.

 

she wasnt permitted to delete a mods posts so she wanted to make it so it looked like smoky was spamming outrageously. hoping to get his mod status taken away.

 

and dead you know nothing about it since you seem to think smoky got banned there. if you missed it daerk was hopin this wasnt him posting. but since after the incident smoky has no respect for any of you so he did want you to know it.

Alright, wow, this has been going on a while eh.

 

Well, I wasn't there, so I can't really say, but what I can say is I've known Theta for quite some time now, and I find this whole public humiliation attempt quite sickening. Get a life people.

 

Right, so CECSMonkey started this up as some kind of obscure immature joke so he could get people to reply, so then he could get the flamewar/spamfest he wanted. Whatever.

 

Unfortunately the forums have moved on since MWC, and very few people who were there are here. And thus, very few get the joke. In fact even people who were there don't seem to get it.

 

Anyway, I'd be very surprised if much of what has been said in this thread is true.

 

Could someone lock this now please? Or at least give us locking power? :P

*I* deleted borts spam and then finally added him to the ipban list.

 

When he posted to the forums, it was *I* who followed closely behind, watching to see if it was spam and (as it almost always was) deleting it.

 

And your story is all messed up. Just because you're CECSmokey21's friend and drive around chucking beer bottles at gangsta's windows doesn't mean you have to lie to us... especially when we're the ones with the entire archived MWC forum in our local hard-drive and can view the step by step progression of how things went.

 

The fact of the matter is I deleted bort's posts, and finally got sick of it and banned him. (Actually I think I got Dark0ne to ban him...)

 

Your elaborate story is quite wrong on many points, and you assume far too much and have out-and-out fabricated many points.

 

Get your facts straight next time.

Don't remember much of this. All I know is:

 

(1) If I banned anyone, it was for a reason, a good reason.

(2) Both Daerk and Theta have been loyal and trusted members of the MWC/MWSource community longer than I can remember. Their word means more to me than anyone elses on these forums.

(3) This is meant as no insult to Theta, but she's more than likely double yours and Smokey's age. She's more mature, more intelligent and damn more respectable than any of the people (including yourself) you have mentioned.

 

Both CEC and Dabeor have full IP bans. This sort of pathetic immaturity would never have been allowed on the MWC forums, nor will it be allowed on these.
